My fiancée is a vegetarian and we ordered a veggie bowl and received a bowl with beef in it. This absolutely ruined the rest of our evening. I expected better quality for the cost of this food. I will definitely not be returning to this location.

As my son's and I entered the fast food chain, it was a bit untidy. Chairs were in open spaces and not next to tables. All the employees were behind the counter talking, and a male was preparing something on a table in the center of the back area that's near the front counter where you can see him work. The table he was working on was very messy with food scraps everywhere. When my boys got up to order, the food containers were disgustingly unclean. There were sauces poured all around the spaces in between the food bins.meats and veggies all over the spaces as well. I've been to Chipotle in california, and they never looked like this Chipotle in Valrico Florida. When my boys got their food and ate it, they were disappointed in the food taste and quality of the food. I will definitely not come back here.

Never order here from Uber Eats. I don’t know why I keep trying. Constantly forgetting my dressing and drink. Have also gotten entirely different bowls from what I order even though the receipt shows what I ordered.

Worst Chipotle in greater tsmpa bad service poor management from the top slow service and always an amateur burrito roller every single time.
I did a chipotle lane order again trying to give this location another chance but every time I come here it falls short. Last night when I got my order the bowl was completely wrong and trying to get the employees attention through the drive through window was downright frustrating. They then proceeded to tell me the employee they had on the grill wasn’t very good so they couldn’t tell me when to come back. When I did return they handed me a bowl back with no cheese even though my bowls order was very simple. They have run out of queso twice for my online order, charged me but still did nothing to refund me. The chips have been stale and inedible every time I’ve ordered them. I won’t be returning to this location the customer service and food quality just isn’t there.

The food is excellent, but the employees have to be trained, how to roll a burrito. It's something basic. But the flavor is great.
