We had the best waitress we have ever had. She was a 5 star waitress. I forgot her name and I really wanted to point her out. It was the best experience we’ve ever had there. I love Cracker Barrel all the way around. I love the unique items in the store and especially the 40 & 50% off racks.

Service was excellent, caught up with old friends, as my friend helped open the store. Food-cod dinner was good, disappointed there was no corn at 2 in the afternoon, biscuits could have been better. Atmosphere-some changes had already started taking place, and it was odd. Prices in gift shop are ridiculously high on alot of the items.

It was great to dine at an unchanged Cracker Barrel! Going to Cracker Barrel is an experience, everything about the store is unique! Don’t mess with perfection!
You’re never going to attract the young crowd, so if that’s your end goal, leave Cracker Barrel alone and go start a young people’s restaurant!

We are fans of Cracker Barrel. However, this location seems to be lacking leadership. We ordered Sheppard pie then 10 minutes later were told no Roast. Then ordered chicken and was was told 10 minutes later, no chicken for another hour. Did not have an hour and 20 minutes to wait for food. Asked Waitress why we were not informed sooner no Roast or chicken and she reply that she can't keep track of all the food they run out of during the day. By now we complain and ask what can we have and ended up eating breakfast for dinner. With no discount. Disappointed. Been going to Cracker Barrel for 20 years and never experienced such service.

I will never Go here again. Liberal CEO, changing everything that we loved about the place. Not happening I hope it goes bankrupt and is replaced by a red white and blue company. One day you will learn.

The first person that walked up to take my order was less than enthusiastic, and actually told me the person who could take my order, was walking in now, because she obviously didn’t want to help me.

When I got my food handed to me, everything was on its side. The liquid from the chicken and dumplings leaked out all over the bag. The meatloaf was horrible, and the only edible part was the top near the ketchup, that probably got cooked more in the oven.

The menu is not nearly as good as it used to be. I’m forced to choose things that aren’t that good, and things that were good, are gone. (Country ham)

I won’t be back to this location. Please teach your employees, part of their job is to take orders. If they aren’t happy doing it, maybe food or customer service is not their thing.
