Food hot and Good, service from Vicki D :Excellent Service

Unfortunately the experience was not as good as in the past. I've notice a decline over the last ten plus years. Service was questionable, the food was ok, but lower in taste and quality. They are no longer my go to chain for breakfast or comfort food. The New addition of a bar (certain sites) only confirms my suspicion that they are either searching for help or are already in deep trouble. I hope they find a new way to go back to the old days of great food and superior service. Just my opinion of course based on at no less than 8-15 locations between Homestead and the NJ/NY area.

I enjoy Cracker Barrel, or should say I used to. Since being diagnosed with Celiac disease there is very little on the menu that I can consume safely.

My son and I come to this Cracker Barrel location once a week, and the whole team is fantastic. Great food and a wonderful, welcoming environment.

We got take out. The food was not that great. But I ate at the one in Grove City Ohio and it was awsome. Maybe just a bad day.

Food was cold and manager only took like $10 off.

good prices. rewards come in handy. food is excellent.

Excellent Service

We waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes and the food never came. I asked for a manager at the hour mark, who came over and asked who our server was then walked off and never came back. No apologies. We finally just got up and left. Ridiculous. And I love Cracker Barrel but this was not a positive experience and at the very least, there should be some customer service standards. Would not recommend.

Seriously disappointed hamburger steak was discontinued. Steak tips very “well done”; odd seasoning used - no typical steak flavor. Green beans have changed & not as flavorful. Disappointed and will Not order again. Campfire chicken excellent as always.

Perfect every time

It took an hour to get our food. Did not order anything super special. 3 adults ordered breakfast menu items 2 ordered standard fare. 1 kids meal. Waitress said she was waiting on bread after we ordered. Never got it until the meal came. Never got the cornbread that 1 person wanted. Egg whites came out in about a half cup of liquid. Green beans were super canned tasting. We asked for bacon to be in a separate plate it came with the eggs touching. Just not a good experience. We came at 7 pm on a Friday, got seated right away and it went downhill from there. They were not busy.

Sloppy breakfast raw eggs, pancakes hard, horrible service manager re made was better but never again 45 mins to get breakfast food then just to have remade . No, thanks

We had to wait longer then usual. My French toast was burnt on both sides. Had to peel the burnt pieces off. Bacon was over cooked and hard.
