“My friend and I saw this place on Instagram and wanted to try these fluffy magical pancakes. They didn’t disappoint! We had crème brûlée and mango fruity pancakes. Customer service was terrific, and food was delicious and beautifully presented. Cool and chill vibe, definitely recommend.“

“It's frozen custard not a huge fan I got the Rootbeer float it was satisfactory but way over priced considering the cup size was a regular size but I would classify it as a SMALL $5.00

“Frankie’s is as real as it gets for an Italian deli in Florida. I go back whenever I’m in the area. Very impressed with the sandwiches that offer NY staples like a chicken parm or chop cheese. The pizza is also pretty comparable to what you find commonly in NY.“
