I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent order, which totaled over $50. Unfortunately, when I received the pasta with chicken parmesan, I found that the container was nearly empty and did not reflect the portion size I expected. As a loyal customer of more than ten years, this experience was both surprising and disappointing. I have always valued your service, which makes this situation especially concerning.

I have no idea how my pizza turned out, but that’s no fault of Domino’s or its employees bc my dumb-butt self ordered a pizza to my in-laws instead of my own home which is an hour away from this location. While this is embarrassing, I wanted to give a shoutout to Ryan, the delivery driver, who went above and beyond. Domino’s is less than 2 minutes from my house and when I became curious of where on Earth my pizza was, I finally realized my mistake and called my in-laws. Despite it being paid for and the tip included, Ryan still refused to drop off my order until he spoke with me as my in-laws told him I do not live there. This location (Douglas) offered to refund my order, despite it being completely my fault. I cannot begin to express my gratitude for the care and honesty these employees put in. I delivered pizzas for years myself and I will admit that I would not have done what Ryan or Douglas did. These guys don’t get paid enough, so why bother with the extra effort? Ryan didn’t care- he called immediately. Douglas didn’t care- he offered before being asked (which I did not accept). This location will forever have my business whenever I am in town. Thank you Ryan for the effort to do right and to Douglas for telling me this review is the best way to appreciate Domino’s staff!!!

I made the mistake for giving them another try. Avoid this place because of the following reasons: - they never get an order right… wrong crust, wrong toppings - ask for it to be cooked well, they burn it. Ask for normal, it is raw. - this is the 3rd time that I have tried them… they got the crust wrong. Read the order people… read the order.
They remade the pizza and guess what? I had to put in in the over because the crust and center are raw and cold. I live 5 minutes from this place.
Stay away from them… in case they see this. Order #388

Friends, as someone who will only partake after a couple adult beverages take this as you will. The place is great, staff, atmosphere etc but my lord. I saw they had a bread dip on their menu and I trusted it with my full chest. Big mistake. Everything else was fine but don’t ever make the mistake I did. Trust your gut when it comes to late night orders and stay away from the special items 🫶🏼

Extremely rude and kicked out me and my buddy for enjoying a pizza on a rainy day. Locked us out another day and then proceeded to stare students down from the nearby high school. New employees are terrible, slow and disrespectful. The older ones did not do this.

I love pizza . All pizza . I can eat pizza every day. I had the worst pizza of my life yesterday at this store. I called just to share specifics as to why I thought the pizza was horrible. I said I want to give you some feedback to be helpful. I was told if that is all have a nice day. No I’m sorry no explanation nothing . Horrible customer service . I wasn’t expecting anything other than I am sorry you had the experience you did. I guess that is too much to expect. Won’t order here again

I used the mobile ordering , it was quick and easy. The food was perfectly made. I got med pepperoni pizza, chicken caesar salad, and brownie cookie. The salad had all the components separated, which was nice, especially since I could add as much as I wanted with each item. I got extra pepperoni on the pizza, and it was packed. I especially wanted to say a big Thank You for the guy who came out in the rain to deliver my order curbside.
