i don’t usually leave reviews unless they’re negative, but this is the BEST dunkin i’ve had in my entire life. the strawberry refresher was made PERFECTLY and my donuts were smothered in sprinkles. the person who took my order was the boy with blonde curly hair who was also very friendly and attentive!

Have given this location more than enough chances. The kids running this location are slow and sometimes even rude. But my biggest complaint is they dont put a fair amount if filling in thier donuts for some odd reason. Will be going to the location down the street that always gives the fair amount if filling expected every time.

Their team was amazing. Great teamwork food was amazing. Coffee was amazing and I recommend this great location for all the other customers. Went through the drive thru with my two kids in the car to get donuts after school and we were attacked by wasps while sitting there waiting to order. When we pulled up to the window, the staff was very nice but informed me that the manager Jennifer is aware of the wasp problem by the drive thru but absolutely refuses to do anything about it. One of my children is deathly allergic to wasps and if they had be stung, I would totally be suing this Dunkin’. I hope this reaches upper management or corporate because Jennifer does NOT care for her customers or staff and needs to be fired, especially after reading all the other reviews.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience was so bad that I made a Google account just to leave one and warn others. DO NOT COME HERE. Went through the drive thru and it was slow even though not busy. The staff was not friendly and seemed so bored. When I paid they gave me my change and the coins were sticky, I don’t know with that. The coffee they gave me was leaking out of the lid because it was overfilled and I saw this, YES THAT IS a fly, when i removed the lid in the parking lot. I went back to the store to get a new coffee and the employees denied me and said their “manager would say no”. Manager needs to get it together and serve the CUSTOMER first instead of saying no to something as disgusting as this. Will never be going back and i’m telling everyone not to come either. Called the store to talk to the manager and he/she was not available so give me a call and i will be contacting your superior.

Just went through “drive thru” at my new favorite Dunkin however, Miss Jennifer was less than welcoming. She doesn’t smile and isn’t welcoming like the remainder of the staff like Chelsea & Britney, Ali and most of the staff. She is changing the atmosphere in this store, an atmosphere that Chelsea and her staff worked so hard to create in our neighborhood Dunkin… get with the program Jennifer , you are doing damage!

Lithia Pinecrest DD is the best. I refuse to go to another one- if I do it’ll be the one on Bloomingdale near Bell Shoals. But the others ones- nope. No one is friendly. Stores are dirty. Orders are always wrong.
