This place needs to be RETRAINED and is HORRIBLE!! It's sad when you come inside and the whole store is working the drive thru, other workers including the manager is walking by staring at you just standing there. This place has got to be racist because this is not the first time that this has happened. Two customers of another race was serviced while I was still standing there. I will not be back because my money is valuable just like my time and if the customer service is not there my money won't be spent there. I was hoping I could give 0 stars

This is a wonderful Dunkin'! I've been having trouble with my mobile orders at even my favorite locations. This location was spot on with my order, clean, and the service was extraordinary!

The staff are mostly friendly but they sure do omit food from my orders a LOT...it's gotten pretty chronic. Seating is pretty comfortable and there are plenty of power outlets to charge electronics. Located on HART bus route 46

They can't even make a decent cup of hot chocolate. I've given them multiple chances even telling them to mix it up and make sure it's hot. Every time it's either just hot water with a little chocolate taste or cold.

Went in with a party of 7. Everyone got there meals except 1 person looked for the sever and she was chit chatty with other server and we could see the order in the window. Everyone at the table waved to get her attention so she would bring it. Two ppl in our party had lipstick on there beverage glasses. Would request plastic only. Both party's drove a hour to meet up to have lunch together. Not worth the drive. Two ppl in the party tried the beer wall and wasn't explained to them propering. They paid $17.00 to try 2 favors of beer...one being peanut butter and jelly!!!
