This Dunkin is good. I come here almost every morning and have a coffee, Chai tea latte, or latte. The staff is friendly and they do their best to make your drinks properly and promptly. There have been a few times when my drink wasn’t made perfectly, but I asked the staff to make it right, and they have. I am a regular customer and I like Dunkin very much. Diamond has helped me multiple times and she makes my drinks right. I appreciate her. Kayla is very nice too. I appreciate her knowledge and help. Most people there are good and want to help. Please do tell them if you do experience a problem, they are good to help and give them the chance to make it right. I have talked to Dunkin customer service through email a couple of times and they have been good to resolve my issues. I use the Dunkin app as well to save $ and earn points. It’s a decent app. Be sure to use your rewards before they expire because they go away.Also, a girl at Dunkin helped me learn how to navigate my Apple Pay on my phone. I didn’t use it much before having her help and I appreciate that she gave me information to help with my Apple Pay.My favorites include the chai tea latte, apple spice donut, French cruller donut, double chocolate donut, and the jelly filled munchkins. I do like their avocado toast on occasion. My friend likes their old fashioned donut.It is a treat for me to go to Dunkin.

If anyone asks me about this dunkin donuts I would tell them to stay from this store because first I went to buy 2 dozen donuts and when I went inside there hardly any donuts made I ask the girl if they are going to be making any she told me and the other 3 people behind me hell no we are making donuts for you or anyone else then she told me if I wanted 24 donuts I better go some where else cause you are not getting them here then the other girl started laughing I did not see nothing funny about this

Got nothing I ordered and food tasted of cleaning supplies(?) Went there around 1pm to order; grilled cheese, hash-browns & chocolate frosted donut (which for some reason is not on receipt but was definitely put on screen) The sandwich bread was a clear indication that it was microwave due to it being so soft/squishy not grilled, when I took a piece to taste it it had a “cleaning” taste to it, I ate a hashbrown only to taste the same odd taste from the “grilled” cheese.. was very disappointed but figured I’d just enjoy the donut, when looking at it it didn’t have the hole in the middle so I paranoidly tore it half only to see it had pudding filling that I did NOT ask for, I remember she repeated “chocolate frosted donut” back to me which was correct but the order was not.. My entire order was ruined and I was left with frustration & no more appetite. Horrible service & horrible food, wasted money as well.

Never coming back to this location. Night time crew needs serious help. I typically come during peak down time in the evenings to get an ice coffee. I’m here almost every day, and the kid with curly hair that works this location is ESPECIALLY rude. Always has an attitude. Always in a rush. My drinks will be covered in coffee on the sides. There is constant confusion with others when ordering any of the signature lattes. And I’m not even making modifications to my drinks. Why is that complicated? Store floor is always sticky like I walked on glue pads for bugs. This place gets worse every time I visit. Don’t get me wrong, there are some good employees there, but few and far between. And you better hold on to them. The one on Bloomingdale and bell shoals is leaps and bounds better in cleanliness, service, and quality. Oh I can’t understand why this place has such an issue staying stocked up on supplies for iced and frozen coffees. Figure it out please.
