We can not speak highly enough about Thomas at the Valrico location. He was so patient kind and helpful. He went above and made sure out order was correct after a mess up of an online order. So glad there are dedicated workers to assist.

Had to leave last night and skip ordering. I watched the guy on the cash register put his hand in his mouth 3 different times before proceeding to help other workers make sandwiches, no gloves no hand wash nothing. Stay out of here unless you like germs

Love Firehouse subs, but haven't eaten there in a long time. Stopped in and grabbed a sandwich to go, along with a bottle of Captain Sorensons sandwich sauce. Sandwich was the usual awesome, but man the company has totally messed up the sauce. Was talking to my son on the phone about how good the sandwich was, and before I could say anything, he remarked how the sauce was no good anymore, and watery.
Hope corporation is making a lot of extra money off the change up on the recipe for the sauce, because they have screwed it up.
Eat the sandwiches, don't touch the Captain Sorensons sauce ,( it's to bad because it was a phenomenal product-- NOT NOW, yuch). Don't try to say it's the same, it's not, either different recipe/ ingredients, or different producer.
Excellent service and food
Have not A/ C for weeks now, and it's hot in there. Today, there are no pickles. Place needs to get there actually together.

I stopped by here on Monday after work it was 9:50pm at best i was coming home from work and Pastrami was it. Eric was awesome, he was able to take care of me at the end of the night, made it perfect, and within 2 minutes as i felt bad that i was walking in at the end of the night. Thank you and will always dine here and come back.
