The food was good except they did not listen to an ingredient I didn't want on there. Not a huge deal but the employees were less than professional. Lots of yelling, play fighting and cussing; to include loud conversations about casual topics that weren't ideal for my kids.

I will never be going back to this firehouse. I waited almost 30 minutes for my sandwhich only to be handed a sandwhich with just lettuce and mayo on it. I'm sorry, but it took you that long to toast the bread and put lettuce and mayo on it?? When I went back in to let them know they looked at me like I was stupid. They also forgot to put half the toppings on it that I had asked for.

Maybe they were just training multiple employees this night. The wait for the food was really long at least 30 minutes. The dining area could’ve been cleaner. But we were all patiently waiting for our food. And the workers still had a good disposition for being backed up. That helped. Keep trying guys it should get better.The area is pretty dark outside. There is a lot of construction happening on the road.

Was so looking forward to my large hot pastrami sandwich. Never had issues in the past how my sandwiches have been prepared. Guess when I said hot for all 3 sandwiches meant Bread toasted and meat cold, equals a dry sandwich, not hot and juicy as expected.
