just went to Valrico, Florida store & it was closed with no notices on doors or windows. if a manager shows up & no other workers do, then they should put a notice on their drive thru that they are closed.

Awful. Food and service is terrible. Be careful and run or you may end up sick. I gave them a coupon and the price should of been $4.79 or something and later that day checked my bank account and they charged $9.45. I called the manager and she said without a receipt she was going to do anything.

ordered breakfast this morning and ended up throwing it all away. the sweet tea had so many tea grounds in it, it was undrinkable. the hashbrowns tasted like old oil and the egg on the biscuit was burnt. absolutely disgusting. won't be back.

Everytime i order a breakfast sandwich and sub a burger bun instead of the biscuit the bun is stale. Other than the food is good. I want a fresh bun please!

Walked inside, started getting my order taken, then someone walks up from the back to tell us that the lobby for dining in is closed and only drive-thru is open. No sign on the door, no customers in drive-thru. Seemed to me they where just lazy and was using an excuse to not work. If the lobby is closed then the doors should be locked and a sign on it. I don't expect this location to be open for much longer based on the lack of customers, and poor management decisions. We had our masks on as well.

Have been to this location 2 times recently. Once at 130pm and it took them over 7 minutes to answer the drive thru when I was the only one in line. As I started pulling away, they tried to take my order. Tonight, I pull in at 840pm and they looked closed but it says they are open until 9pm. We sat in the drive thru (once again the only car in the entire parking lot) and they never took our order. As we drove around, there was an employee with a headset on standing by the drive thru order packing area. I will not return to this place. Instead, the next time we want Hardee's, I'll drive an hour out of my way to get service.

Disappointed in the service I've been in this line for 21 minutes!!! I feel trapped as there are concrete barriers around their drive through. Only to arrive to the window and they're no longer serving chicken biscuits. I will not return to this location.

I had to wait 7min for my order, the fries were so salty I couldn't eat them and the burger was cold. Very bad experience needless to say I will not go back.

The staff was very friendly.We purchased hamburgers with french fries and drinks to go.The hamburgers were off the chain. They were just right and we actually couldn't eat the whole burger it was so big so we cut them in half and had the other halfs the next day. I simply opened it up and put it in the toaster oven and it was almost like fresh.Our fries didn't make it all the way home. The smell was overwhelming so we were just going to have 1 or 2. Yeah, we couldn't stop.My better have had a Sprite that was not watered down. She said it actually tasted like Sprite.I broke down and had a strawberry milk shake. Oh my goodness, it was sooo good. It was so thick I couldn't pull it through the straw so I had to keep getting the melting part from around the top, oh yeah, you know what I mean.. love the thick shakes.Very good experience.

So I decided to give this place another try. Wow, was I wrong.Still rude. And the food had so much mayo on it,the burger was barely cooked, I couldnt eat it. I wouldn't let my dog eat this! The fries were horribly old and stale. They need to change management and staff. the girl at the counter had unbelievable attitude. I want a refund!

Jean Penfield8 minutes agoWorst experience ever the manager is very rude i believe his name is Jonathan don't know how to talk to employees or customers i new a girl that worked their that literally quit he love keeping up drama outside thework place and between employees I wouldn't recommend eating from their or being employed worst manager ever you would literally have to put him in his place he'll cause you to get into it with people you know he'll gossip to them like your saying stuff and its really him the whole time he's playing sides they storage old meats in the fridge very toxic work environment its times I've been on the phone while she's on break and could hear the chaosHe plays victim but is the leader of it he creates drama between employees by gossiping their business and flipping words around wouldnever eat their agin
