Hungry Howie's Pizza & Subs

It's just a preference I really don't like chain store pizza , it's hard to find good family own pizza but this will work . We need someone in Valrico to open a good family own Chicago or New York style chucks I will take Detroit also somewhere that cares about there ingredients Anthony down the road is great but over price for a family of 5

Tried ordering delivery told them I had a hundred dollar bill they let me know there driver doesn’t carry that change so I changed the order to pick up told them I was paying with the same cash. I pull up to the store and then they let me know that they’re not allowed to take $100 bills could’ve saved me the trip and not waste my time do better

I ordered 2 large pizzas. One was half pepperoni and half cheese. That pizza was a little over cooked but ok. The other pizza I ordered was a large Howie Special. That pizza was way under cooked. It was soggy and very doughy. I also order 2 howie breads. Those were fine. I spent $74 there and I am very displeased with the pizza. I order from this location fairly regularly. This location is convient but I will have to reconsider where to buy my pizza from in the future.

We ordered a howies special at the Valrico location with lite sauce no ham add sausage and cut into squares . We arrived to pick up the pizza with in the 15 minute window
Unfortunately the pizza had a regular amount of sauce, not lite, the pizza was not cut into squares and was cold even though we picked it up within 15 minutes of ordering
In addition the pizza didn’t have its normal great flavor and freshness.
Very disappointing!!!

False advertisement. They got a new name for chicken wings. Saw an advertisement for pork wings but there chicken not pork

I don't usually go to a Hungry Howie's. We don't eat much pizza and there isn't a close one to us. But today I had an occasion to call an order in to the Valrico location (2505 FL 60 East) as I was visiting clients down there and was taking them lunch. We ordered 3 different salads. When I picked them up, they were ready, they were accurate and they were stuffed with ingredients. They were individually wrapped in plastic wrap with our forks, crackers and ample napkins under the wrap. One neat bundle per salad and they were never going to spill! Often, restaurants give out one cheesy napkin, but not HH's! I was very impressed and will be happy to go back when I am in the area!

I ordered my food two hours ago and there only 5mins away. Still haven’t gotten my food. I have called them they said they would bring it back cuz somehow they didn’t knock or ring my doorbell. That was over 30mins ago for a place that isn’t even that far away.

I was very disappointed with this location, I like getting pies from this place but yesterday I ordered a deep dish from the app and when I arrived to pick up the order it was a medium pie with the toppings I wanted, exactly the opposite of what I ordered from the app.

Best pizza, love their garlic butter crust!

We ordered pizza, boneless wings, and howie bread. The pizza was great! But the first piece of chicken I took a bite of looked like this. I don’t even know what it is but it grossed me out and we couldn’t eat the rest.

Always good! I've ordered here no less than 20 times and it's always good! And after the hurricane, they had no city power and got a generator to feed the area they serve. I highly recommend this location :*)

As a teenager I would order from Hungry Howie's all the time. Its been 15 years since I last had them and it was just as good as I remember! Thanks for keep up the quality all these years!

Clean place that serves great pizza. I love the new look of the building, and the employees are always helpful and friendly

I live next to the Seffner location, but stopped going after I was overcharged. Tonight's pizza was the BEST! Great job on the small pepperoni, lite sauce with butter garlic crust. Thanks everyone.
Edit: I was over charged at the Seffner location. Which is why I order from your place now. I'm glad I made the switch. It's just better there off 60 and Valrico.
