Pulled into drive through at 8:45 and received an automated message that the store was closed! There were at least 5-6 people in the lobby and 3 cars in the drive through that had already ordered. No problem with me if the hours were only till 8:45 but 9:00, you should honor the posted store hours!

The food was what was expected. Service is a little slow and what's the point of having an order tracker for mobile orders if they mark it as ready 5 minutes before it's even packaged up?

Just got home from drive thru. Sides only in big bag, no 8 piece chicken bucket. Tried to call and nobody’s answering the phone tons of traffic so I’m not going back very aggravating. I think the lady was overwhelmed tonight. 8/7/2024

Chicken was old and biscuits was hard. Cashier said that the place is not so busy I guess that's why they let the food sit there.She did replace my food.But I wish that I had gotten my money back because the food was bad. I work to hard for my money to throw it away.Please cook fresh food ?..

Greasy small pieces of Chicken. It made me sick to my stomach I didn't even finish the second piece and I ordered a three piece dinner. Overpriced meal. I won't be eating there or at any Kentucky Fried Chicken establishment agine.

I will never go back to the Kentucky fried chicken store on Bloomingdale and Lithia Pinecrest. A bunch of kids having a party when I went through on Thursday the 16 of may at 4 o’clock and a bunch of kids playing around!!!!!!

I’ve been twice. The first time I had a pleasant experience across the board. However, this week I visited and encountered an unpleasant young lady, Lexie, at the drive-thru. She seemed bothered. When I got to the window she did not smile and communication seemed forced. Her attitude sucked. I could barely hear her. There was another lady who handed me my order and she was nice. She smiled and thanked me. I also thanked her for her attempt to offset my bad experience with Lexie. Surely she noticed her coworker’s rude demeanor. Kudos to the second employee. Wish I had caught her name. Being kind is 100% free. As for the food, it was good. I did not give five stars because the mac n cheese was not good.

lexie was downright rude. we went on 12/31/23 and asked for an 8pc family meal, sub out the coleslaw for extra biscuits, and she downright told us “no” in a snarky attitude. we asked to add on fries since she was giving us attitude as it is and she charged us for it yet never put it in the bag… like wow.
