I used to eat here all the time. They got rid of $2 tacos on tues. (even tho steak was an up charge) they don’t have it anymore and the quality is not the same. It doesn’t even taste the same. Something went wrong here. If prices go up atleast keep the same flavor and textures.

Food was delicious! I ordered steak sopes and everything was cooked very well. I got the agua de piña(Pineapple) and it tasted delicious. If you’re looking for authentic and delicious Mexican food in Valrico then come to La Veracruzana food truck! Will be coming back every time we are in Tampa.

If you’re trying to have a heart attack, be sure to order their Carne Asada tacos. All they gave us were fat trimmings so tough, I couldn’t even chew through my tacos. I had to spit most of it out because it was just inedible. The meat was slimy and gross. The chorizo and al pastor tacos were also flavorless. Not to mention, they gave us lemons instead of limes for our tacos?? We also found pieces of cilantro in our horchata drink. This place is just straight up disgusting. Take your money to another taco place that has just as good of a deal, for better quality food. Never eating here again!

Vegetarian options: Yes vegetarian can order just vegetables also I’m sure or eat a light lunch and healthier
Parking: I always park at Walgreens because they have wonderful shades to park and at the same time I go get my drinks at Walgreens also

The food was fantastic, I got 3 steak tacos and a Pineapple Agua Fresca. The tacos were so good and well seasoned on a great corn tortilla, the agua fresca is nice and refreshing and not watered down.
The service was great. We were there pretty early but they were open and ready to serve. Both the boys were very nice. They told me the recipes are their mothers. If i could rate it 6/5 stars I would. I’ll definitely be back.
