I just purchased a $21.34 medium diet dr. Pepper. I mean my order contained a Big Mac, 2 large fries, and a quarter pounder meal. I placed and paid for the order on the app. Pull into the drive thru and give our code. QS73. Guy says to pull to second window. We still stop at the first window. Guy says they’ll have my receipt at 2nd window. Young lady with pink eye shadow pops the second door open and hands out my ddp and asks if we can pull up for our food to the third window. We obliged and pulled forward. Sat there for 15 min before pulling back through the drive thru and to the second window. We asked where our order was. They were puzzled saying that we passed through without giving our code. What?!? We’ve been waiting for 15 min already. I’ve already received my drink. Manager starts asking everyone if they’ve helped us. Guy in back said no even though he addressed me by my first name pink eye shadow girl said she never handed us our drink. I’m confused by this point. I give my code again. They said I placed it at a different store. I said no I didn’t I placed it for here and have already been through this line once. The manager said I can’t do anything without a receipt. Yall never gave me one with my ddp. Manager gets nasty acting like we are lying and asks for the receipt. I said I only have my online order on the app. The manager rudely tells the purple hair girl to grab my phone. I said absolutely not. So we went in. I said here is my receipt. I’m not giving you my phone in which she took from my hand anyways. She carries on screaming in my face how she is trying to help. She did nothing but imply that we didn’t order food. We told her to check the footage. Asked for a different manager. Asked for a refund. When she screamed in my face I smacked the counter and said stop it. And she threw my phone back on the counter. She refused to do anything from there. We called the police but decided that there time would be better served elsewhere. Seriously don’t go here!! This isn’t my first bad experience at this location. It’s just the first I’m writing about. This store stole my money!

The place has become so slow even with its new drive thru expansion, the workers are careless far more often and their app which I know isn't them directly works like crap. The last fee times I've gone to check in for curbside or drive through they take far too long, I'd understand if it'd been slammed or super busy, I get it , but when you're almost empty with no other people coming and only 1 person on curbside how does it take more than 15 minutes for 2 small burgers and a happy meal. Super displeased with how this McDonald's has become

You would you have one job, putting together an order with 3 fries, a 20 piece nugget, 2.. 1/4 pounders and a cheese burger and you leave the cheese burger off! My bad for not checking, but for craps sake its what you do...and you cant even get a simple order straight. I called and they asked if i could come back. That was it. How about getting the orders right?

Took nearly over 15 minutes to get a happy meal and a double quarter meal around 2pm when the store was mainly empty and the drive-through line was short. Ordered on the app and dined inside. Saw a lot of staff handing food over to people they knew (going in and out of the kitchen stopping and having personal conversations) while several people accumulated waiting unnecessarily long for food. Rarely anyone at the counter if you wanted to order with a person or ask about an order.

Kid-friendliness: Not really. Limited indoor seating.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes but cramped space even without.

Did a mobile order for drive thru and I was missing a large fry plus there was a hair in my kids food. The other burger was charred so much that it hurt his tooth as well. I’m a single mother who has to work. I was getting my kid a meal before work. I called the store to see if we can make a refund happen. I was told I have to physically come in for any kind of rectification. The whole point of drive thru service is not having to come into the store. Defeats the purpose when their employees make an error. Shouldn’t have to be the one checking my orders before leaving the store.

FPV Flight Airborne

This is the worst run McDonald's I've seen in years. I spent my lunch break waiting for cheese on my big Mac. It had none and I ordered extra cheese. Nobody comes to the front register for 5 minutes at a time and are on their phones. They don't even give you a dang spoon for ice cream. Which i was shocked they had.

Second window worker scams people in the drive through asking for extra payment. Refuses to give me what I ordered. I do not recommend this place.

If I could give you less than one star I would…McDonald’s is already a disgrace but this franchise here in Valrico take it to another level of piss poor service/food/staff….evaluate your stuff please! I won’t ever get food from you again!!
