This Panera is consistently terrible. The crew members are unprofessional and rude, and Tony, the General Manager, refuses to take accountability for the poor service. Orders are often wrong, the staff has no sense of customer care, and nothing ever improves despite so many bad reviews. It’s a shame this is the only Panera in the area because it’s run so poorly.

Sandwich was made incorrectly. Called to see what could be done and the guy who made the sandwich came on the line. He was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He was YELLING in the phone! YELLING! This is not just my opinion. Two my coworkers witnessed it because I had the phone on speaker. On top of that NO apology was given. After he finished berating me we were able to come up with a resolution. It's safe to say my family and I will NOT return to that Panera or any other one in the future. Would NEVER recommend!

As a licensed social worker, and a remote worker I frequently rely on Panera 4-5 times a week in the mornings and Sunday afternoon...as a professional space—whether it’s to study, host webinars, meet with other clinicians, or conduct business meetings.
It’s been a go-to for me, offering both comfort and convenience. However, today was deeply disappointing and frankly dangerous.
I spent two hours studying and had just started a 30-minute in person business meeting when the overwhelming smell of bleach filled the area. I have a serious allergy to bleach—exposure causes me to break out in hives and my eyes swell shut within minutes. That’s exactly what happened today. I had to abruptly leave my meeting due to a medical reaction caused by the strong chemical odor.
What’s worse is that there was no notice posted on the doors, no warning, and no concern shown by staff. This lack of communication and awareness about the use of potent cleaning chemicals is not just inconsiderate—it’s a health risk. For those of us with severe chemical sensitivities, it’s critical to be informed before entering a space where bleach is actively being used.
I’m upset and disappointed by the handling of this situation. At the very least, Panera should clearly post signage when using bleach or other strong cleaning products so guests can make an informed decision about entering. I hope this feedback is taken seriously—not just for me, but for the safety of others who may face similar risks.
Came in at 750pm to pick up an order 5 associates looked at me 4 going to the back and 1 clocked in from break and NOT A ONE HELPED...Sad Sad Sad

I arrive each time just before opening and have watched, for a few months, your employees struggle to unlock the front door from the inside. Please contract the services of a locksmith TODAY to get this corrected.
