Ripoff. Prices are ridiculous for what you get. The food prep area, visible from the back entrance, is a sloppy mess. Didn't look very sanitary. The tables and floors had food crumbs everywhere. I guess people don't know how to eat.

In general, Panera is overrated. Subpar food quality, awful service. This one is the epitome of a Panera. You are never felt welcome, they treat you like doing you a favor, when they are actually giving you a service you are paying for. Not worth the visit. This or any other Panera.

Here we go again with terrible customer service. Placed order to go. Received order and drove home. Upon arrival, missing whole sandwich and 2 incorrect soups. Called and spoke to manager and she would refund the sandwich but nothing else. No compensation for inconvenience or poor service. Just par for the course.

By far the best Panera location. It’s ideal for the remote worker. They have such a friendly and helpful staff while also having plenty of seating to work from.

Another bad experience and Panera. Ordered the BLT to go and paid extra for avocado. The sandwich was a sloppy mess. 2 thin slices of bacon for the whole sandwich, 3 slices of tomato piled on top of each other in the center of both halves of the sandwich, a few pieces of rotten lettuce, and a small sliver of avocado smashed on the outside edge of 1 side of the sandwich. Not happy. The only saving grace is when I called to tell the manager, she gave me a refund. I was hesitant to come here again. Definitely not coming back.

Great place. Friendly staff. I probably made a mistake with my online order and the manager offered to change it to the right one. That is customer service! We love to eat in this place since the food is great and has enough variety.
They always end their breakfast early on the app,so I'm unable to pick up although it's before 10:30am. Really annoying and I barely visit as it is, it's just going to lead to me uninstalling the app and not going there at all. They've also removed most of the dairy-free coffee alternatives, and their pour coffee is too acidic to drink black. Panera is really going downhill. This is the corporations fault not this individual franchise.

Everyone we order quantity going below the bowl.. this is not even a quarter bowl. I wonder this is another way of keeping the prices high and lowering the prices? Shame on you Panera.

I just went in for a rapid pick up that took forever and asked about my order and this lady behind the counter did not hesitate to be rude and also put my order last and I had to wait an extremely long time and my food got cold it will be awhile before I order here again and 1 thing I cannot stand is rude customer service plus the workers were more concerned with insulting me then completing my order I hope that corporate sees this so they know how their customers are treated with a lack of respect
