Ordered a sandwich and was given a disassembled sandwich that was already used for a different sandwich then scraped and replaced. There was buffalo sauce everywhere. Buffalo sauce wasnt even ON WHAT I ORDERED. I will NEVER eat here again and will urge everyone not to waste your time.

I’m not a negative person and I really don’t usually leave bad reviews… but the girl taking my order was so unwelcoming and rude. I already deal with anxiety and I fear for interactions like this. The coffee was good! But they asked for my name, and after waiting 10 minutes I got up to go see if it was ready and they had never called it out or anything… so it had been sitting there. Either way, panera bread as a whole just isn’t great anymore. But this one in particular just doesn’t have the nicest people working there.

In general just ok, some of the staff are polite but the guy with glasses and curly hair is extremely Rude, he follow me around the store for 13 cents , then I pay cash, I used to go there all the time but with the experience I had today , never again, the customer service sucks , he shouldn’t work in the restaurant business. He is extremely unprofessional . There are other options with good service and welcoming and respectful staff.

Please do better. Payed over $3.00 extra to get a proper amount of chicken salad on my sandwich. It was made with less than normal the amount and wrapped so tightly that when I opened it most of the sandwich was outside of the bread and smeared everywhere. When I politely asked if I could have my sandwich remade, Erica the manager, made my experience far worse by making me feel that it was my fault and placing the blame on her “scooper” that portions out the food for her. I could have done without the condescending attitude during her “scooper” blaming and should have been met with an equally polite response to fix the problem. Erica may be having a bad day but that was clearly the most unacceptable way to solve a problem as the store’s operating manager. Do better Panera and I hope Erica figures out that whole scooper situation before someone else falls victim to overpaying and then getting shamed for asking what they paid for.On the bright side…the team lead, Emma Sue, was extremely polite and helped me out immediately.

Food was good but couldn't get staff to even keep coffee in the pots. Had to keep asking took almost an hour to get 1 cup of coffee. Not real happy with this Panera and the cinnamon rolls were dry tough and absolutely covered with way too much frosting. Had to scrap it off just to eat it. Couldn't fork cut had to get a knife to cut and had to have a drink to eat I it was so dry

My group needed to keep asking for coffee to be made and then once made it was gone quickly and had to keep asking them to make it and other coffees. It seems like they could have cared less. Plus the cinnamon rolls were dry and covered in frosting where you had to scrap off just to eat.

The sandwiches were good the staff was very courteous and special prepared my requests ON the computer. HOWEVER they young staff members spend a long time engaged in lengthy conversations regarding their personal matters and do not pay attention to any of the modifications of the sandwiches. Asked for a Fontega with red peppers and NO tomato. I ended up with the Avacodo melt with extra peppers and extra tomatoes. The prices are not cheap for the staff to be making mistakes. If the ticket was read properly it wouldn't have happened. Also customers do not want to wait for food listing to personal problems the employees are having. If they had a more pro active manager or assistant manager supervising these young folks it would be better service, less waste and more profit.
