It has been a while since I was at Papa John's. It will probably be a while before I order from there again. Pizza was mediocre. I think there are better options in the area. I do like their garlic butter but the pizza was not as good as other options in the area.

To be honest I’m over the lack of care or awareness of this store specifically.
I’ts always overly greasy food due to the loads of cheese, the order being incorrect and the dang sauce being missing even if you pay for it. And the drivers pretend not to understand the questions, so trying to ask them anything was a learning curve. Just to find out it’s DoorDash,
Pizza is supposed to be relaxing and a treat, especially when my husband just got off a 13ht shift but no, it never is.

It wasn't the first time we ordered food from Papa John's, but this time it was the worst...the food was not good and it caused me food poisoning with chronic diarrhea, and also the order was inaccurate. I ordered a chicken Alfredo pizza without ham, and they added ham...the vegetable pizza with cheese did not taste good at all and was not good

Gave our order away to another customer, made my husband wait 45 minutes for a new one, then Joe refused to compensate the order in any way shape or form. A partial refund would have been fine, but apparently remaking it “fresh” was all they could offer us, as if the alternate option for giving our food away was not making a new one fresh? Lol.

Started coming here because it was actually good, not overly greasy or too expensive, had good deals and more. Now though, it’s been multiple orders in a row where my husband or I pay for something and it’s not in the order, and this ranges from full on items to just sauces, last time I think I got a correct order was MARCH. I don’t know if there was a change in management but now my orders are never correct, they used to be warm, the people who delivered back in March seemed to work for papa John’s, now if I choose to pay for delivery usually it’s some random guy talking into his headphones.
Overall it’s just disappointing when you feel like you find a spot that doesn’t mess up anything and could trust it being delivered however it’s changed for some reason now everytime something is missing.
I shouldn’t have to check if my order is correct every single time. Especially if I splurge on delivery and tip 20% because people should get a tip. however it feels like the employees don’t care and neither do the delivery drivers, if you use a third party to deliver get rid of them because they suck.
Ultimately re evaluate what’s going on after 6pm , get people who care. If they ordered something and got 4 items missing how would they feel. Put yourself in the customers shoes.

Order 1217250188 and when I look at the order in the box and the confirmation email the orders don’t even match.
I guess I don’t get it, I must be old, I have been a manager and district manager of fast food chains I have personally never experienced where every single order is wrong for months and now I’m just over it and giving up.
While other people will continue to come and your buisness will do fine, I will know that anytime I order after 6pm my order will be incorrect, the conversations with employee, drivers will be dul, lack enthusiasm, customer service and accountability.
Was looking for a good gluten free option. Called around and finally found papa johns in boyotte. Pizza was delicious.
