Thieves...They don't bring the food you pay for, then tell you it's another 45 minutes before the delivery driver will be back. Matt, the 'manager' was rude and didn't seem to get that I wanted what I ordered bc it went with the food I ordered, and it wasn't necessarily about the money. He said he doesn't care about the lack of my business in the future, about me writing a review or calling corporate.

Order was wrong. They charged a tip on her card and we always give a cash tip. My wife called the manager, Matt, and he was rude and hung up on her. Corporate has been contacted. Never order from this store, very lame excuse for a business. Buyer be ware. FYI Matt, you might not want to work in customer service industry.

I’ve done pick up a few times. Boneless wings could use more sauce and pizza could use more pizza sauce. Aside from that it’s always made in a timely manner, it’s hot, staff are polite, and they get my added sauces. The stuff crust is always a favorite.

Or order pizza two hours later never showed up they said someone was at the door and no one answered that was a lie cause I have cameras on my property and nobody was here never buy from this place again. Manager was rude

The wings were just okay…they weren’t tossed in the buffalo sauce at all, it was just drizzled over the top of them, but the pizza was goodThe service was great. The girl at the register was very nice, and from what I saw while I was waiting for my order to finish, the employees interact with and work with each other well.

Crazy folks working here. Very very rude. They will not give you paper napkins no paper plates no condiments. Most ugly burned out pizza. Simply don't buy here save time and you money.

I ordered the 16" meats pizza with Uber eats and forgot to add extra pepperoncini's and garlic cup. Called and they gave me a hard time about adding it after order placed, seems to be poor customer service if you ask me. My real problem was the fact that for that size pizza they gave me 1!!!!! I wish I took a picture but that 1 was pruny as hell and like it was the bottom of the bucket one, found it a little ridiculous to say the least that they gave me 1 stupid pepper that had seen better days for that size pizza
We love Papa John's.We got hooked on the Epic Stuffed Crust.The prices are the best in town and even better with a coupon. Lots for your money. They always get our order right, we just wish they delivered to our area.Thanks for making a quick birthday celebration a hit with a Shakaroni Pizza and more!

Ordered 3 large pizzas early afternoon, 1ish, prepaid for 5:00 delivery. At 5:30 I check on order and was told that it will be 223 minutes. I understand that it is Halloween but I wish someone would've contacted me to let me know that the pizzas will be almost 4 hours late, at that point I no longer need them. First time customer, how disappointing.

I ordered the 'new' garlic stuffed crust pizza based solely on the TV commercials. Was a little disappointed, did not have much of a garlic taste & definitely did not look like the commercials! The one saving grace was the 2 sides of their special garlic sauce. Not the regular garlic sauce that usually comes with every pizza but the one at the very bottom of the sauce list. Filled us up but probably will not order again.

Steer away and try another pizza joint. Papa Johns used to be good and this was my first time in years and will be my last. Both pizzas has minimal sauce and was undercooked and no flavor. Very disappointed. Don’t recommend.
