I could not be anymore unsatisfied with the quality of the food and customer service at this location. I called to place a carry out order and no answer for over 10 minutes. Proceeded to place my order online to be picked up, I come into the location to no surprise there is not a single person assisting the front of the establishment. The biggest shocker of all is watching the phone ring and the ringer is turned off. My pizza was paper thin, barely any sauce and the stuffed crust I paid extra for had barely any cheese inside. 53$ later for the worst pizza experience I’ve ever had with Pizza Hut!

Pizza Hut is my fav go to for family pizza night. This was the first time ordering from this location. Unfortunately the best thing about the order was that it was on time. Two of the 4 pizzas ordered weren't good. I ordered a supreme hand-tossed pizza and I received a soggy, messy thin crust pizza that fell apart. The other chicken with banana peppers, etc was just dry and unpleasant. I won't say that I'll never order from them again because every one can have an off night. But it may be a while before I give this location another try.

Apparently pizza hut cant cut squares bcuz i had a whole bunch of little bite sized triangles from cutting it so many times. They slaughtered my pizza and to make it worse it was dry and cold.

I called three times and no one answered. I'm placing a DoorDash order for $2.50 and I still have to endure that the man is just tired. I recommend closing this place, there is no one at the counter. If someone calls they come out upset. They don't like me calling them, and what do I care if I'm the customer and no one answers here? You will find out how they sell and what marketing they use or how they manage it.

I went to the location on Lithia Pinecrest because my usual location on Lumsden Road didn't have any personal pan pizza crust. If I order something and set a specific pickup time, I don't expect my food to be made at the time I order it and then be put in a warmer until I come pick it up. I feel like that's exactly what happened. You could tell by the look of the cheese on the top of the pizza that it had been sitting around. I won't go back to this location.

They delivered a burnt pizza and did not want to do anything about it. It was ruined and we threw it away. Manger was super rude and the nicer I was the madder she got and hung up on me.

I have been ordering from this location for YEARS. Jane the manager is the most wonderful, warm and happy person that I’ve ever come across. She remembers every customers name like they are family. She is truly one of a kind and Pizza Hut is lucky to have her. Thank you Jane for always putting a smile on my family’s face when we see you!!

Ordered at 5:30pm with an estimated delivery time of 6:00pm. I called at 6:20 to check the status of my order, the person that answered seemed very confused but then stated it was on its way. My food was delivered just past 6:45pm and it wasn't even hot. I live maybe 5min from this location, had I known I would've ordered pickup. Also, the delivery driver seemed to not want to wait for me to sign the receipt? By the time I turned around he was back in his car!
