We normally go to this steak and shake with no issues. Last visit we had to sit and wait probably 20 mins at least we were parked then they gave us the wrong food except for one of the items, when my husband took the food back in the acted bothered that they messed the order up.

Poor customer service my drink wasn't even full the girl at the window was rude you have to ask for condiments they dont even give then to you or atleast offer them to you.I usually go to the one on causeway but today I went here never again I will drive to causeway.

I order food here regularly every week. I came in today to pick up my order and the manager refused to give me my food until I showed a receipt. My phone was dead so I had to sit in my car and charge my phone so I can get my food. I’m done with this place.
We went in drive thru. Didnt wait long. Went towards dinner hours. For us its late. Friendly staff. Everyone clean cut. Seems to be a thing now to pull everyone fwd from the window. But 5 mins later manager comes out with food. Friendly. Everything tasted fresh. I usually never have issues with steak and shake. I dont come to often.
