Placed an order on the app and received a call a few minutes later informing me that they're out of bread so they can't make my order. Also, they can't cancel the order on their end, so I've got to figure out how to do it on my end.
Needless to say, it's been a week, and I'm still unable to resolve the issue.
2nd time this has happened at this location

Worst subway experience thus far. They were out of almost everything. The food was made very poorly, I had the bread toasted and the lady (that could hardly move around) put it in the toaster for maybe 20 seconds and when I mentioned she said “I put it in there”, I didn’t even feel like going back and forth. Everything was put on the bread sloppy and then by the second sandwich she seemed irritated! I paid $30 for the most terrible experience just yet!!!!! They don’t have to worry about me going back to that location in Valrico, Florida at 60 and Valrico rd EVER!!!! It didn’t even feel clean inside!!

To tell you the truth. I'm waiting for The Money center in Walmart. The Service at SUB-WAY is great. They have the 2nd coming of Lopez, very helpful. These are not even Good Actors. HURRICANE HELENE and Milton were a Night-Mare. The place is impeccable, smells better than crazy Joe Sox with Lil Jon at Jimmy Johns.

This is absolutely disgusting I get home to eat my sub to find the wrapper has sauce or something from something prior, what if I were allergic? That is absolutely disgusting, you guys are filthy

Overall cleanliness and staff were way better than the lazy time I was here. Only one person working at what seemed a busy time of day so it was slow getting in and out with my order.

YUK! Walked up and all the mold on the door should have told me to leave. I tried to give it a chance walked in, drug addicts everywhere, even behind the counter. No AC, all of the food containers OPEN, messy, and room temperature. I think I literally witnessed a drug deal. I stood there with my mouth open from shock. AND IM FROM NYC! I've seen cleaner subways in the Bronx. Get new management cause Im thinking about calling health inspectors. I'm never ordering door dash in this area if the restaurants look like this inside. I hate hwy 60. Stay away from this subway. YUK!

I've ordered from this l9cati9n probably 15 times in the last year. Everytime I do there is some sort of issue. Out of pizza, and can't give a refund, didn't get a ticket and won't make my order even though I have it on my app, out of bacon so cancelled entire order.

Today, I put in my order through app and walked into the store to greeted by the same less than charming lady yelling from back of the store "computer is down". I tried again to explain I made the order through the app and could show if she could just make my order. Instead, she just yelled that the computer was down, she couldn't do anything, as she continued to smoke her cigarette...

You win lady,. You win, I think I finally learned my lesson

Everytime I come up here it doesn’t matter what time it is the computer system is always down. I tried to call up here so I didn’t waste another trip no one answered thought they might be busy but restaurant is empty. If you can’t help customers you should at least be able to answer the phone cause your still open and not busy and if your not taking customers then turn off your open sign.

Bread is hardly toasted. Ordered the sweet chicken teriyaki. Asked for more sauce and she said there already was sauce on it do I want more. I said yes. The only sauce was the one I asked extra for and she hardly put any on it.There was no other sauce on it like she told me. It was dry.No flavor.

There was only 1 person working at this Subway. She had a lot of customers there, so it took a while to get waited on. She was personable, and the sandwiches were good.

manager for this location in charge of scheduling needs to figure it out. I understand being understaffed, but you should, I don't know, maybe change hours to accommodate? no reason to have 3 employees scheduled when there is literally no customers to where they are sitting on the counters on their phones but then have the old lady with back issues by herself for dinner rush. no sense at all
