This has to be the worst subway experience horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Do not go to this Subway under any circumstances. Ever! First of all they have a very rude woman that works there named Ashley. She was absolutely terrible and actually argued with the customers, including myself! I would never recommend anyone go here and if I could give it less than one star, I would!

I love the location of this Subway. And so does everyone else! They're always busy and always short staffed. However, I commend and applaud the employees as they manage through the lunch rush, usually flying solo. Good work!

i hate to do this but my last experience was unacceptable. i worked in food service most of my life and started out working at a subway owned by the same franchisee. i can understand things being out of stock and having to make substitutions on my delivery order, that is a nonissue. the issue is the bread was under proofed and was almost nonexistent after toasting. on top of that, there was hardly any lettuce/spinach on my sandwich maybe like 7 pieces each, for shredded lettuce that’s nothing. there was no cheese or sweet onion added to my sandwich, and mayo added that was not requested.
how can you mess up something so horribly?
y’all do better, it’s really not that hard.
one star is for the raspberry cheesecake cookie that is to die for.

I'm very disappointed with the fact that your bread is no longer nice and fluffy. That 6inch you made me looked like a wrap sorry me and my family switching to another place!!!

It’s so terrible
Bread was harder than rock. Half the ingredients are always out of stock. Only 1 employee in the whole building. Would give 0 stars if i could.

So the food more often then not is good occasionally the bread is more then a day old like today the bread was harder then normal. I'm not sure how long they keep bread for. I have a few coupons and went yesterday and today and both times the service was well....not great. Idk his name but he's a tall male on the bigger side. He seems to hate his life. Talking bad out loud how he wants to turn the online order machine or he will be fired poking the touch screen unnecessarily hard like he's mad he got an order. I did not feel welcomed. Today I thought I'd try one more time same guy same poor attitude except this time he claims he has food poisoning literally dry heaved in front of me. He handled money before order and did not change his gloves do I really need to tell someone who is food trained that his gloves need to be changed? Why was his manager not there covering for him since he was sick? No one should be working dry heaving I did purchase the sub but when I got home I regretted buying it I'm not taking a chances. Also no sweet tea was made hardly any bottled beverages it just seems like the place is falling apart.

Service is excellent and the meatball sandwich but the new Cinnabon Churro was ""terrible"" looked like was not cooked, they put it in the toaster only, it looked like plain uncooked Dough and at the end it was not even brown nor well baked, I threw it away after tasting it.

Please rate where you are going to buy your breakfast or lunch, this is the worst place, I made a large breakfast order for my coworkers, I called them and told them that it was very important and that I needed them on time and when I got to the restaurant it was They started preparing my order, there were three workers talking without doing anything and they didn't care that I was present and they didn't have my order ready. This is the worst place to come and shop. I don't recommend it at all.

I’ve been at this location a few times but bc of my most recent visit being so appalling I had to say something.I’ve worked in the food industry, and what I walked into the other night was absolutely unacceptable. I could tell these two young guys were doing the best they could while juggling multiple in person orders, online orders, and doing PREP WORK that should’ve been done by the previous shift! They were very kind and they care about their customers, making sure my order was to my liking, and that each customer was welcomed and happy before they left.The workers are great. Food tasted good overall. But as a manager I would never have left my restaurant in the state this was in. Seems like whoever manages this place didn’t feel like doing any of the grunt work and just left everyone else hanging in the wind. A good manager is in the trenches with their employees, ensuring they have everything they need ready to go so that after I leave the place runs efficiently so that each customer can get their order in a timely manner.To these two guys, I think their names were Pearson and Blaze (?) and whoever else that has to work in these poor conditions, do what you can- but don’t keep working yourselves into the ground for ppl who don’t appreciate it.If it wasn’t for these two, I wouldn’t even consider coming back here. I hope their Corporate offices monitor these reviews and does an audit. Management, do better!
