Service is excellent and the meatball sandwich but the new Cinnabon Churro was ""terrible"" looked like was not cooked, they put it in the toaster only, it looked like plain uncooked Dough and at the end it was not even brown nor well baked, I threw it away after tasting it.

Please rate where you are going to buy your breakfast or lunch, this is the worst place, I made a large breakfast order for my coworkers, I called them and told them that it was very important and that I needed them on time and when I got to the restaurant it was They started preparing my order, there were three workers talking without doing anything and they didn't care that I was present and they didn't have my order ready. This is the worst place to come and shop. I don't recommend it at all.

Placed a mobile order expecting it to be done within a timely manner. However, unbeknownst to me, it wouldn’t be done until an hour after I placed the order. Even with very little to no customers in the store.

I’ve been at this location a few times but bc of my most recent visit being so appalling I had to say something.I’ve worked in the food industry, and what I walked into the other night was absolutely unacceptable. I could tell these two young guys were doing the best they could while juggling multiple in person orders, online orders, and doing PREP WORK that should’ve been done by the previous shift! They were very kind and they care about their customers, making sure my order was to my liking, and that each customer was welcomed and happy before they left.The workers are great. Food tasted good overall. But as a manager I would never have left my restaurant in the state this was in. Seems like whoever manages this place didn’t feel like doing any of the grunt work and just left everyone else hanging in the wind. A good manager is in the trenches with their employees, ensuring they have everything they need ready to go so that after I leave the place runs efficiently so that each customer can get their order in a timely manner.To these two guys, I think their names were Pearson and Blaze (?) and whoever else that has to work in these poor conditions, do what you can- but don’t keep working yourselves into the ground for ppl who don’t appreciate it.If it wasn’t for these two, I wouldn’t even consider coming back here. I hope their Corporate offices monitor these reviews and does an audit. Management, do better!

This is our favorite Subway. The food is always fresh and tasty and the service has been excellent. Our favorite sub is #11, the Subway Club, with 3 meats, cheese and veggies. I like it on the cheesy bread. This location also has deluxe versions available, where the various subs have extra meat. We did get that once and it was really a lot of meat! Depends on your appetite. The inside at this Subway is one of the nicest ones I’ve been in, and we have eaten inside there as well as doing take-out.

Dimitri helped us today, and he was so kind and great! The food was delicious, and the service put a smile on our face! Even the bathroom was cleaner than I expected from a fast food restaurant. We like this subway, and this is some of the best service I’ve had here!

Worst subway ever on planet earth

I went into the Subway while a young girl and a tall man were working and he kept leaving while she was assisting multiple people at once. This young girl was very sweet and patient while I was figuring out what I wanted to order. The young girl managed to get all of our sandwiches done and by this time the young man still wasn’t in there assisting her. He would leave and leave this poor girl by herself. Even after eating this wonderful sandwich this young girl made me, the tall boy still wasn't in there to assist her in cleaning. I’m truly disappointed in the way that this young girl has to work in these conditions with no help from her co-worker. To the young girl, keep working hard and never stop being you.

About two weeks ago I came to this subway as usually do. The female white, dark hair, a little chubby, glasses was beyond rude. When I walked in I asked about my sandwichs not being ready as had ordered online. She told me order not received. I sat down to order again online as it was a special BOGO, she said to tell her what I ordered & she would make them. When it came time to check out she was charging full price for both subs, I told her that when I came into the store I was looking for my BOGO & that's what I expected when she said she'd make them. She was very, very, very rude with a return sarcastic comment so I walked out, if she trashed the subs I didn't care as there is another subway just a block away. Never at this subway have I ever had any issues till her, if I go back I will walk out & go to the other subway a block away or to the one a mile away if she is there, I refuse to be treated rude & hear her mouth.

The sub roll was hard & there was too much mayo so the sandwich did not taste good at all. This was the 1st time that I have ever gotten a sub that wasn't delicious. Very disappointed and it will be a long time before I eat here again. Food now-a-days costs way too much just to have to throw it away.
