Order 437 Restaurant #024562 Ordered at:1:18 am I normally don’t leave bad reviews, but after two visits in a row with the same type of experience, I feel like I have to. Yesterday, the staff was extremely unpleasant and rude — there was no courtesy, no empathy, and they were openly complaining while taking our order.
We gave this location another chance today with different staff, and unfortunately, it was the same issue. We requested a simple customization to our order, something that every other Taco Bell has always been able to do without a problem (and never been charged for). Both my boyfriend and I have worked at Taco Bell for over three years as managers, so we know for a fact that what we asked for can be done. Instead, the employees acted like they couldn’t or wouldn’t do it, which just comes across as laziness and poor customer service.
It’s frustrating to feel disrespected and dismissed at this location two days in a row. Every other Taco Bell we visit handles requests with professionalism, but here it seems like the staff just doesn’t care. Very disappointing.

OK Folks! Best be checking your receipts for this location in Valrico FL. The Steak Burrito's are advertised for $3 but when you go to get one it is $3.99 plus tax. That is called Bait-n-Switch folks when something is advertised for a price but when you go to the store they charge you more for the exact same item. Maybe $1 isn't much to you but personally I think it is something that should be said. No telling how many other products the patrons of this particular Taco Bell have been upcharged. BEWARE! No, I did not accept the order and left it with them to deal with. Should have just gone across the street to the food truck on the corner of Valrico Rd and State Rd 60 and had an authentic, quality burrito from the start. That Mexican food truck has much better quality food at a better price.

Taco Bell is fast food, dont get me wrong but this was ridiculous. This is the STINGIEST taco bell i have ever been too. My tacos had 98% all tortilla and 1% meat, 1% topping. I was also missing a taco, and my LG fries was filled less than half of the container. Very disappointed and I wont be returning. Sorry for the workers as I am a avid tipper wherever I get great service.

Staff was rude and handed me a cup covered in nacho cheese, forgot to add the fries in my crunchwrap and burned it, the ordering tablets were nasty and so were all of the tables.
I Wanted to share my experience today 11/17/24 at 10:25pm. Brooke on cashier was supper nice! Supper patient and added the extra taco for taco Tuesday at the window! As I was pulling away I noticed I forgot to grab my chips for my chips and queso but I pulled around and was helped and given coupons for the inconvenience. Brooke is an outstanding team member.
