My experience at the drive thru today was far from satisfactory. I ordered on the mobile app, tenders, nacho fries and a wrap. Got to the window around 5:50pm ish, was handed my order by a white lady in her mid 30s to 40s. I asked her for honey mustard, she insisted that there was none. Asked for ketchup, she also said there was none. She was also dismissive and rude. I know some places charge extra for condiments but she didn't even give me the option to purchase any. This was strange to me because I've never encountered this issue at any other taco bell and I've been to Many locations.

Kaitlyn was a super helper with my order for the chicken quesadilla because this is the second time it came squished in the bag but she helped me out and made it right but whoever was at the window was just very dismissive and waved me away like nothing matters but i do appreciate Kaitlyn’s help in everything

Honestly, the worst customer service I have ever gotten in my life! Went through the drive-through They took my money then refunded it because I was paying half in cash half on card never got my money back, and my kids went hungry it was literally the last of my money !!! They were extremely rude and unhelpful. And then 18 days later, I call asking about my refund because I still have not received it back. They tell me they never took my money even though I have the transaction in my history and they literally made me go around the drive-through three times waiting for it to get back on my card, but yet they never took it right ??. Then the lady starts arguing with me super disgusting attitude. Very unprofessional . Please save your money or make the extra trip to go to a different Taco Bell because this was so ridiculous and unfair . Please don't waste your time or money here . They do not care about their customers !

Angela B got a nasty attitude/being rude for no reason. I ain’t tell you to sign up for 3rd shift. All I wanted was my classic stacker and drink. She cut me off at speaker , barely looked at me at window, and the way she handed my food was like I made her behind on something.

I normally don’t leave bad reviews, but after two visits in a row with the same type of experience, I feel like I have to. Yesterday, the staff was extremely unpleasant and rude — there was no courtesy, no empathy, and they were openly complaining while taking our order.

We gave this location another chance today with different staff, and unfortunately, it was the same issue. We requested a simple customization to our order, something that every other Taco Bell has always been able to do without a problem (and never been charged for). Both my boyfriend and I have worked at Taco Bell for over three years as managers, so we know for a fact that what we asked for can be done. Instead, the employees acted like they couldn’t or wouldn’t do it, which just comes across as laziness and poor customer service.

It’s frustrating to feel disrespected and dismissed at this location two days in a row. Every other Taco Bell we visit handles requests with professionalism, but here it seems like the staff just doesn’t care. Very disappointing.

OK Folks! Best be checking your receipts for this location in Valrico FL. The Steak Burrito's are advertised for $3 but when you go to get one it is $3.99 plus tax. That is called Bait-n-Switch folks when something is advertised for a price but when you go to the store they charge you more for the exact same item. Maybe $1 isn't much to you but personally I think it is something that should be said. No telling how many other products the patrons of this particular Taco Bell have been upcharged. BEWARE! No, I did not accept the order and left it with them to deal with. Should have just gone across the street to the food truck on the corner of Valrico Rd and State Rd 60 and had an authentic, quality burrito from the start. That Mexican food truck has much better quality food at a better price.
