I Wanted to share my experience today 11/17/24 at 10:25pm. Brooke on cashier was supper nice! Supper patient and added the extra taco for taco Tuesday at the window! As I was pulling away I noticed I forgot to grab my chips for my chips and queso but I pulled around and was helped and given coupons for the inconvenience. Brooke is an outstanding team member.

No longer serves breakfast at this location!?!? Breakfast is the only reason I go to Taco Bell. 😠There's no other Taco Bell close/convenient to here. Please reconsider!

I wanted to share my experience during my visit on October 26, 2024, after 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, it was the worst drive-thru experience I’ve ever had. The employee taking orders seemed unhappy and was quite rude, which made the interaction very uncomfortable.
Due to this behavior, I decided to cancel my order at the window, as I didn't want my food tampered with. I believe that customer service is crucial in the food industry, and this employee may need to consider a role that doesn’t involve direct interaction with customers.
I hope this feedback can help improve the experience for future customers.

Typical consistent Taco Bell. Drive thru was fast.
Service is rude and slow my stuff was just threw in bag and quasadillas were in a ball in bag and not even cut i would give all of them a pink slip 700 oclock labor day if you want to know shift but owner will mot look at reviews do nothing will change excrpt i wont go back there!!!!!!

Very rude drive through lady, impatient and corrected me very rudely, and made me feel upset. Food was cold, messy, and downright unsatisfying. Very improper customer service, I’m now reminded why I never go to taco bell.
