Walked up to the window and the place looked abandoned, no life at all. No buzzer to buzz so I knocked on the window several times. Had enough so I walked away. I noticed a restroom on the side of the building so I decided to make use of it. While inside I could hear people talking, so when I exited the room I went back to the window. This time a young lady opened the window and I requested a soft swerve chocolate vanilla mixed in a cup. The young lady replied that their soft swerve machine was broke down. I replied 'who do you think you are.... McDonalds!' She didn't get the jest of the comment and told me she could put a scoop of chocolate and a scoop of vanilla in a cup for me. I said no thanks, it's not the same, I'll try the NEW place up the street and so that's what I did!

Once you drive up you can smell the delicious flavors. Our family has enjoyed Toppers since we moved to the area. It is always a nice treat for the kids after a game to come and get an ice cream of their choice. Our grandchildren now come.

I got a kids cone with sprinkles and a cherry, and I got a twister that was with peanut butter cups and brownies bites. Delicious was better than competitors, staff was great ?

Rich & creamy soft serve... we got the Root Beer Float (included the remainder of the soda can), Twist cone, peanut Butter topper cup, and cake batter in a waffle bowl. Everyone was happy with their choices. Service was friendly and accurate. Charming lighted deck under a big beautiful tree. Recommend!

Love coming here, the staff is always so happy and friendly. Even our puppy gets excited when she sees the giant cone, knowing that a pup cup is in her future.

Was really excited about finding a mom/pop soft serve shoppe.They had a special of a peanut butter banana sundae. Peanut butter ice cream was their flavor of the week. A sundae is supposed to have a sauce. The PB Banana sundae was chopped bananas on peanut butter soft serve.The soft serve itself was good! No complaints on flavor. Just disappointed and I could have asked more questions. They don’t fill your cup.. the amount in the large cup looked almost to be the same as the small cup.Service was a bit slow but the kids were kind.
Horrible customer service experience. Rude , was rushed to order and the cups are half full. Will not return.

Absolutely a rip off! Never again. My wife and I went and made a simple order to regular cups. So for seven buck we got what was the size of a dixi cup you used to get in elementary school.

Went today to get a ice cream with my husband we are new to area.. we usually go to Twistee Treats but this was closer bad idea. Very expensive and there lady working this afternoon was far from a good customer service employee… Don’t waste your time or money going here….
