This is the worst Walmart I've ever been to. Everyday the isles are stacked with pallets making movement cluttered. The inventory is horrible. Logistically there is no reason you are out of product for weeks. The shelves are empty and the isles are full of boxes everyday. You need to replace the manager. This is a very busy Walmart to be so poorly ran.

They never have enough lanes open...20 mins plus waiting in line. Only 4-6 lanes open during busy times with at least twice that closed. Their restocking schedule is awful! Shouldn't be doing it during busy times, blocking people from shopping. Out of basic things on a regular basis often empty shelves.

FILTHY STORE! Funny how covid is still an issue, yet one of the biggest and wealthiest businesses in the US can't manage to spray down the carts, no sanitizing the registers or scanners. Totally gross place to shop. Every once in awhile you get a superb cashier, but many times employees and management are just "dialing it in" when at work. Can't find an employee in the specialty departments such as auto, fabric, etc. This particular store has extremely long checkout lines, like 8-9 carts deep. Big management failure at this store. Publix, Sprouts and Target are way better and cleaner to shop at. This store = YUCK!!!!!!

Understaffed. Long cashier lines, too few cashiers creating congestion resulting constant crowding. Different days, different hours, same congregating at cashier and self checkouts. Poorly organized and inefficient management.

The service is very bad a reflection of management. Long lines the only redeeming service was Kevin at the register very quick.

Terrible experience. According to this store COVID is over and no safety measures are in place other than making you use one entrance and exit. Clean your own cart, no wipes. Wear a mask but no one else has to. No gloves or mask on workers. No sanitizing high touch surfaces like the key pad. I did not want anyone else touching my items at all, so pick up is not suitable. I'm sure if the workers I can see aren't keeping clean the background workers sure as heck aren't. Girl wouldn't let me and my mom check out since we were "together" (only wanted to touch one cart since we couldn't clean them) and we were "over" the 20 item limit for self check out. (We totaled 39 together) Not one other Walmart, or any store that offers self check out does that or enforces it. Best part is, the girl was so distracted by gabbing with her friend she didn't see the lady in front of me with her full cart but turned around at just the right time to tel me, "it's 20 or less." I replied, "I don't want anyone touching my stuff" she replies,"doesn't matter, 20 items or less" I reply, we are splitting the transaction. " again she says, "doesn't matter, 20 items or less" and I reply that they are the only store to have a sign, let alone enforce it. Meanwhile, there is no one behind me and 8 registers for self check out. I turn to leave and the queues for the other four lanes, yes four, are three people deep with mountains of items spilling over the carts. And like many others have stated, the slowest ringers ever. And like I stated, my cashier had no gloves, didn't wipe anything down, let the other customers use her clicker bare handed and didn't wipe it and went right back to scanning. And didn't tell the customers right in front of her who had pulled their masks down to their necks to put them back and stop leaning on the keypads. She gets to us and didn't clean anything so we ask her to. She take a dirty used rag and sprays some stuff and hands it to my mom to clean herself so she can just keep scanning. (Side note she double bagged ever item which is just wasteful) So a side issue is that of course after waiting forever for her to finish the party before us they had an issue with their card. She finally moved them out of our way and told them to stand by the wall so we can get by. We go to leave and walk by the self check out and there was one lone person using one register while the other 7 were empty. And the lines were just getting longer. Meanwhile, we're walking out and they have several yellow vests all standing at the exit holding up walls. The lines are terrible and they could not care less. A 20 min shopping trip turning into an hour and 15!! And 45 was standing on the line because I couldn't have just checked myself out in 5 mins. Now, she never got us our last bag of milk and wine and I didn't realize till I'm home unpacking groceries. I've been calling for 15 mins when I started to write this and they still haven't picked up this entire time. It's been 38 mins and they keep disconnecting me. Which is honestly making the situation worse. I just want my $15 back!!

I wanted a pallet of red mulch and they refused to sell me one. Asked for the manager and he said he couldn't sell me one. What a way to run a business...

I'm new to the area and I frequently go to this Walmart. Haven't had any problems with products, however the customer service could definitely stand some work. I'm Literally writing this review moments after what could have easily been a very negative interaction. First I want to commend every worker of essential businesses during this pandemic. I know this is hard to deal with being on The front lines of this, but still try to exercise some respect and common courtesy. Anyway, I was waiting in line at the self checkout where all customers are urged to stand 6 feet from one another. Well a guy behind me seem to be very impatient and was moving close to me each time the line moved. Distracted by this I quickly moved toward the first of what I thought was an open self checkout when it was my turn to just get away from this guy. Well once I got there, there seemed to be remnants of what appear to be spilled liquid and this clerk standing near the register talking to a coworker. The light was green and there was nothing posted about it being closed, so I figured it was open. Well apparently it wasn't as the clerk began to make a rude comment "I guess it's open now" and proceeded to speak negatively on me to the coworker. Well if you weren't busy talking and doing your job which is to be attentive to the customers in line, then you could have possibly done a better job at informing me that the register was closed. I would have kindly waited for the next one. Instead you chose to use this as an opportunity to express your very unprofessional attitude. Again I know these are trying times and I would never just jumped on a closed register without any regard so it wasn't intentional. I felt embarrassed that I didn't even notice there was a spill until too late but the rude talking behind my back made it even worse. Try to be a little more courteous.

Do not order a cake from this place it's a nightmare. You order a cake in advance and pay on line and you you go and pick up the specialty cake and they don't have it ready and the solution is to give you another cake but not even a decent cake just a really ugly cake. Super embarrassing. Wrong cake, wrong icing, no filling wrong cake flavor.

Tried Walmart pickup for the first time FAILED. I ordered and paid for maybe 10 small items online the day before. Now when I come to pick it up , I have been sitting here for 30 mins already waiting for my order. What's the point of this, I though this would save me time but instead I'm setting here waiting. I guess I won't be trying this again. I'm going to stick with AMAZON.

I will never shop here again! I waited 15 mins for assistance and never received help

I actually really like this location. It's super clean, and conveniently placed. Cool that there's a chickfila and starbucks right outside of it.

Don't ever waste you time in the non-self service check out. Walmart has now resorted to hiring the slowest possible check out people. I wonder how their hiring process works for this position? Perhaps like this- 10 applicants- each of you count out $67.54, if anyone does it under 5 min your not hired. Wake up Walmart and stop wasting our time with non-qualified employees at check out.

I used to hate Walmart until I started shopping at the one on Lithia & Bloomingdale. The employees there are friendly & helpful. The lines are usually short. The store is clean & well stocked. The customer service center always go above & beyond to help. The gentle man Silas in the fitting room is such a joy to chat with and is so helpful more walmart employees need to be like him. He makes visisting walmart a pleasure and we make it a point to stop and say hi when ever we visit
