AVOID THIS LOCATION! Other Wendy's locations are OK but this one is abysmal. Not a fan of the drive-thru AI but not against it, if it helps quality, but it doesn't. My order was incorrect, they forgot to give me a receipt AND my BURGER WAS RAW. Disgusting. Telling by the manager's reaction, she wasn't surprised and apathetic to the whole situation. I don't trust this spot anymore.

I placed a mobile order (chili cheese fries with bacon added) a couple nights ago. And they didn’t have nacho cheese or chili, so they me to I would have to get it refunded. So I told them just fries with some bacon was fine because I wanted food, but I asked the guy working if I could come another day and get chili cheese fries and he said yea. I just called back today and the manager or whoever answered just said “sorry we don’t do that”. Nice to know how you guys run

Tried to pull in and place a order but didn’t feel like dealing with the AI ordering system and I asked for a crew member instead like it says at bottom of screen, boy was i surprised when was told I would need to pull back around and re activate the AI system because that’s the only way they take orders now……. No thanks ill go to chick fila next door and deal with line before im told I can’t place an order with a real person and I need to pull all the way back around

I use to love wendys but every time I go to this location my food is cold and the nuggets are rubbery. Inside is always dirty. I have never seen a clean table, even in off hours.

The person in the drive through, he had a bad attitude, he didn't like we were paying 10 dollars on card and 2 in cash,no greeting no smile,then asked for some sauce said they were out so asked if we can have some ranch then and said that will be extra! What?! I said nevermind and since when, he gave a dirty look and his manager took over for him as we left.This was on Saturday around 130pm.Wendy's you can do better!

Tiffany, the manager at this location is unbelievably unprofessional, and it’s no surprise this place has so many bad reviews. My 17-year-old son had two scheduled interviews with her, and she never bothered to show up either time. Today, he stopped by after school to try speaking with her in person. When he asked for Tiffany, she didn’t even acknowledge him—just dismissed him without a word. That kind of treatment toward anyone, let alone a young teenager eager to work, is completely unacceptable. I truly feel sorry for the staff who have to deal with such poor leadership.

Better not accept DoorDash at night. Very delayed and the orders are a miserable payment from these delivery applications from China. DoorDash and Uber eat. I've been driving the car for 20 minutes for 6 dollars 8 miles. Plus they slammed the door in my face.
