Amazed at how efficient and professional this particular manager was her name is Jay. She is completely great at what she does, the way her and everyone work accordingly like a well oiled machine giving each order such precise attention to detail and the presentatiothto make the food and packing look so beautifully organized really made me extremely happy to have taken my family there that evening. Ty guys great work!

This Wendy's can't figure out what it wants to be. The employees are always nice and the food is good. The restaurant, however, is a wreck. The restrooms are a mess (my wife and daughter said the women's room is a biohazard for multiple reasons). The outside tables are badly stained. The first kiosk for ordering has been broken for months. The coke freestyle machine is ALWAYS empty for at LEAST 50% of the drinks and flavors. I go there because I like Wendy's more than McDonald's but the facility is just abysmal.

Update, they were closed before 10pm tonight so maybe they’re going out of business… I wouldn’t be surprised with how bad recent management has been. Been waiting on “under new management” signs.
Such a bad location. I went to pick up my order that I already paid for online… it told me to go through the drive thru to get it. Again, been paid for. I pulled up right away and was told to please wait a minute. Fine. Waiting for about 6-8 minutes and then started telling the mic box that I’m here for an online pickup. A woman came on (the dreadful manager) and she said again “we’ll be with you shortly” I explained that “I already put in my order and it’s been paid for I just need to grab it, I’ll wait at the window” she said in the B tone “I said, we’ll be with you shortly” I pretty much said the same thing then she told me that they will no longer take my order…. Again, I already paid for it. She wouldn’t refund and said I needed to do it online… we all know how long that takes.. I said that I’m coming in because this is bs. She already had the cops on the phone before I could make it inside… lol mind you, never told me to leave and I was clearly coming in because I already paid and I wanted my refund at that point. Terrible manager.

This location is very disgusting workers does not wear gloves, food taste as if it has been sitting out, and grease taste as if it’s not switched out either, the service is awful I went through the drive through and requested that my fries were made fresh which I did not receive and when I asked for them to be re made freshly they had me pull up and wait in which I did. When they came back out the fries were still not fresh I then asked for extra sauce and the Manager shekeatha then replied in a very unprofessional, hostile and aggressive tone and said for me to go in and get it myself I politely informed her that she should not be speaking to customers in a rude manner she then said for me to wait right there she has something for me which is a threat and then said she was calling the police on me for no reason I heard her on the phone actually calling a friend or family member to come to the store to fight me I will be reaching out to corporate and the bbb to inform them of the conditions and etc this experience has been very disappointing, disturbing and disheartening I’ve done nothing wrong to offend the manager shekeatha to be treated so poorly I asked her her name and for corporates number she gave me a fake name which’s was Kayla and a blank receipt I got her real name from one of the employees something needs to be done about her she posses no leadership qualities she behaves unethically and I’m sure she treat the staff just as bad and the way she abuse her authority.

9/26 tried this location again for the first time in over a year, only to be disappointed yet again. Nothing has changed, over 16 minutes to get two kids meal, and they didn't have frosties yet again. Don't ever expect to get a frosty from any location in Brandon, FL they're always "out". But can't tell you that until after you've ordered and paid.

Chicken biscuit is great! Biscuit is soft and the chicken is tender and juicy. Add on the honey that goes on top and you have chicken biscuit perfection. Honey buddy is my go to with the seasoned potatoes. Only thing I'd say is Wendy's invest in strawberry jam please or mixed berry that grape jam for suckers haha respectfully 😉.
The 2 young girls that complete my order and were working that Friday the 13th morning , were outstanding!!! I saw the first girl delivering the order to the car ahead of me and she gad the best amazing smile on her face... unfortunately whatever the person in the car did , I do not know , but I saw her whole shining spirit crumbling and the smile went away... such a shame, but I was blessed to have her bringing my order as well... she had again the same radiant smile on her face!!! I told her how grateful I am for her attitude and smile and to keep doing what she's doing!!! She really made a difference in my life and I am so sorry for the people I didn't even realize what they were doing!!! Great service and great experience!!!
