Dine in. New fries are not good. There was a piece of chewed gum on my food tray. Which, aside from nasty, indicates they don't clean the trays after each use. This used to be one of the better Zaxbys in the area. Disappointed. Attached photo of new fries and used gum that was left on the tray for us

Despite older reviews. I Got the chicken club and the lady just told me to pull forward without telling me the price. I should have expected that since the driver ahead of me pulled away after a brief interaction over the intercom. Once I received the sandwich the bread was verry soggy like it was thawed in a microwave and could not finish it. The fries also tasted off as well, And not even 2 hours later writing this post frome the porcelain throan. This place shows no sighn of improvement

When I went to this place there was a extremely rude team member, his name is Doug. He constantly rolled his eyes at me and made me feel bad for ordering a lot of food which wasn't even all for me.
