Very good!
I tried to call in an order this afternoon and was put on hold for over 15 minutes. I drove to the store and told them that I had tried to call back several times but the line was now busy. The lady behind the counter was very nasty and told me that I probably called the wrong store as their phone had not rang. I told her I didn’t think so. Let it go and got in line. While I was in line, I thought, OK maybe I did call the wrong store so I dialed the number in my phone by hitting redial, and the phone inside the store rang. I quickly hung up. The lady then told one of the workers back there that I had done that and I could leave that store and go somewhere else for all she cared. I said nothing continuing to stand in line to order my food. She then proceeded to go behind the wall into the cooking area and start talking to a bald gentleman which I assumed was the manager pointing at me and my grandson. I asked the girl at the register if she was the manager and she said yes, she is. To which I replied that was sad, all she had to say to begin with was I’m sorry that happened. How can I help you? Instead, she decided to be completely rude to a customer, who is standing there trying to give them business.

When we came in we ordered pretty swiftly the food was great but that’s not the concern here. After we finished eating my boyfriend decided he wanted to try the new shakes he went up ordered and the young lady that took his order (blonde young lady with a pony tail) never went and made the shake she ordered someone else to make it, whoever she asked never got to it but that’s not what makes the experience a bad one. The young lady who took are order proceeded to talk to the 2 boys behind the counter we sat there for 10-15 minutes before I went up and asked another employee who was on the register about the order she told me to give her one second she’d make it and then apologized. I get it’s not busy but it was a milk shake simple item took less then 2 minutes to make management look over your staff because conversation with other employees seems to be more important than quality service.

Okay, first off I go to this Zaxbys multiple times a week. Usually I don't say anything because Im in a hurry and I've already gotten to work and it's too late to exchange but I would say, one out of three times they get my order wrong. But yesterday I tried to explain to them that I have a severe dairy allergy which I do every time. I ask for a grilled Chicken Sandwich on a dry bun with nothing on it. I emphatically tell them I have a dairy allergy. Well, once again last night, I get about a mile away and decide to check on it. And it's loaded with ranch dressing! Now, I want to say the only reason I am giving this restaurant 2 stars is because the young lady at the front. I think her name was Andrea?, who had red hair and was so sweet and apologetic. I would hire her to work for me in a second. In the background, I could hear somebody who was the Manager saying, well, we didn't hear that at all with a very grumpy tone. So I asked to speak to her. Instead of saying she was sorry and just replacing my grilled chicken sandwich, she went on and on about how she didn't hear me say that! She insinuated that I had never said it. My husband who was on the phone with me the whole time wanted me to give the phone to her because he heard me say it in great detail. Now, poor Andrea is sitting there, trying to be nice while the Manager was downright non apologetic and rude. Maybe the Manager needs to learn from the people down the street at chick fil a. Yes, nobody's perfect. But if they make a mistake and I go back, they are so apologetic, don't question anything and completely replace my meal.
And the Managers are so so kind no matter how busy they are. Now, you may say, why do I go to Zaxby's, truthfully, their chicken sandwich is much better than chick fil a 's in my opinion.
So maybe this owner needs to think about promoting the young lady with the red hair as she never once lost patience! Please tell her thank you for me.

The last three times I’ve visited this Zaxby’s, I haven’t been greeted at the speaker or the window, not once. Each time, I was simply handed my food in silence, without a single word exchanged. I’m not expecting a 5-star experience, but basic courtesy should be standard. This location consistently fails to meet even that. Management seriously needs to step up, decent service is not optional in this industry.

Yanni ? staff member was about as rude as they come. I am here every day and for Gods sake can't you afford to get somebody who's got a personality. I work 7 days a week and I stopped by this location almost daily I have never had such poor service and have never written a bad review for any restaurant she is soooo rude! Please get rid of her so we don't have to deal with somebody who obviously doesn't care about their jobs! You guys really need to take a lesson from chick filet or you're going to continuously lose business.
She, basically grabbed my meal out of my hand and when I told her wanted to drink. She argued back-and-forth with me. Not even listening to what my request was.

I walked in with for a DoorDash delivery, and the girl at the counterwas too busy on her phone to pay attention and notice that I was talking to her.

Good food when it’s made correctly but that’s RARE. Ask for extra seasoning on the fries, get no seasoning. Order a large fry (with extra seasoning), get about 15 fries that don’t even fill half the container that also have zero seasoning whatsoever. Great burnt to a crisp and chicken barely breaded and nearly undercooked. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because the White Cheddar bites are consistently good, including during this mess of an order. I shouldn’t have to do the employees job and check EVERY TIME that my food is made correctly.

Both Chicken sandwiches were dry and overcooked. Sauce on my sandwich was barely a dot, when I asked for more they said I had to pay .25 or .50. I paid .15 for extra Pickles which amounted to 3 small pickle slices. The window server may have been new, she was uninformed and not helpful unless there was a charge.
The fries were very good and the soda machine had great options.
We don't plan on returning!

I had an issue with the mobile app. Douglas (the manager) made it right 👍🏼. Yanna and Fawn both helped out as well. Amazing staff.
