The Chicken and fries were very good. The cheese curds were delicious. The new fried shrimp was unfortunately overdone. It's a shame because I had really high hopes. The service was typical fast food service.

The fried pickles were almost completely burnt and overly salty. The breading on the shrimp was also extremely salty though the shrimp were plump and cooked perfectly. The chicken sandwich was great, as were the fries and Texas toast.

Ordered double fries on 4 chicken plates and got double coleslaw. Alright. I love Zaxby’s one of my favorite chicken locations. But I really might have to go to pdq now. Guy who was taking my order yesterday claimed I had an attitude when I was just making sure he heard me since he went silent and didn’t give me my total or tell me to go to the window. I certainly did not have an attitude and even if I did, why would you ask someone that? That’s very unprofessional. I wasn’t in any way trying to be rude, I just didn’t want to pull up in case he didn’t get my order. Never in my life have I ever been accused of having an attitude while at a drive thru. And to make it worse, they charged my card for two different orders when I only ordered one thing!! I ordered just a salad, I checked my bank account and noticed a charge for $10 and a charge for $30. Clearly a salad doesn’t cost $40 at Zaxbys. I will be contacting corporate for them charging me for someone else’s order. Not sure if it was intentional or accidental, but either way I’m disputing the charge and getting my money back for their recklessness and incompetence.
everything on my order was correct,i even got extra fries for free. but my drink tasted funky, while my moms didnt, and we both got the same drink. i sent it back and i believe the server just put a new lid on and pretended to give a different drink because it tastes the exact same it did when i sent it back. it tastes like soap or some kinda of chemical.

On 10/29, I ordered multiple items, and one of them was chicken fingers. The salt level is way too high for someone who eats salt in every staple food. I couldn’t eat, so it’s just trash. The kid's fries are too cold, and they put entire fries in the garbage. I don’t recommend it.

Also got rid of my favorite Mediterranean dressing!!!!! Even cheaped out on the coldshaw. Lucky if you get a tablespoons amount. All the fast food restaurants have gone to hell.
