Horrible service. Stood at hostess desk for 5 minutes. No one greeted us. Walked to the lounge and sat at the bar. And that’s when it got worse. Just a horrible experience. I love going to a restaurant when the bartender is too busy singing karaoke than serving guests. We will NEVER be back. Not to mention the chicken Caesar salad had red wine vinaigrette?!?! So confused.

If you should be going for anything good to eat this is not this place to go. Old-fashioned Italian decor, and a great band this evening. But the food was actually deplorable. Inedible and when you send it back, the owner comes out and screams at you that you don’t know anything about food. Being from New York City I know a lot about great food. Lots of other places to go in Venice so this place is one that you should avoid.

We’ve been coming here forever for meatballs. Everything is consistently fresh and delicious. Super cute old school Italian vibe inside. And the homemade cannolis are to die for!!! Go see Nala, sweet little Italian lady, she will take good care of you 🍝

Went here with my wife and her in-laws. They are part of the Marriott Bonvoy Eat Around Town program, so got some points for some incredible shrimp scampi and wonderful service.
The owner even stopped by and was real laid back and funny..would've fit into the Rat Pack had he been born 30 years earlier.

Such a wonderful dining experience with delicious food provided by amazing people. Nella, the owner, was an absolute sweetheart and great hostess. Her husband Santo, co-owner and owner of Valenti's was also such a nice man. They both spent time quite awhile talking with us and made us feel very special. I was also able to practice my Italian and get to know them. Debbie the waitress was super nice too, and made a great Margarita. Rosalo the waiter was also very friendly and superb at his job. Besides the wonderful food and friendly service, the atmosphere was brilliantly accentuated with live music where they even had regulars bring their own instruments and play along with the band.
Most of my favorite dining experiences have occurred during the nearly 2 decades living in Italy and Allegro Bistro continued that tradition in spectacular fashion right here in beautiful Venice, Florida.
100% Highly Recommend!!!

Great spot for good food and entertainment. Servers are attentive and friendly, owner Nella, always out and about assisting as well. Always enjoy our visit to the bistro. Great atmosphere with many other guests mingling with each other. We’ve met many people while dining.

Haven't had a meal yet, but it all looks and smells great coming out of the kitchen, just wine and Wednesday night karaoke. Fun, engaging staff and a pretty regular, accepting crowd...check it out!
We had a special event, they didn't have any servers. 1 bartender, had get our own drinks. The 1 owner served us, 25. Plus everyone else in restaurant. Came at 6:30, didn't eat until 9pm. Then, they sang with band, and no, they cannot sing. Bartender got down and demanded everyone tip band. To find out her father was in it. Brought in our own cake, they gave us plastic forks!, will never do that again.

Very hot and crowded in the back room during shows. Very noisy so no conversation is easy, but the blues band was awesome and there was dancing. They end the evening promptly at 8:45 P.M. They take drink orders all at the same time and serve all meals at the same time.
