I wanted to send some doughnuts to the Venice Police Dept. I live in Ohio. Nette the store manager was wonderful to work with me to make this happen. I will defiantly be visiting this store on my next trip to florida. THANK YOU SO MUCH !!!

At 9:00 AM I entered to facility and ordered a coffee and bagel. He checked and confirmed that they had the bagel. I waited 30 minutes for my order. Other patrons had come and gone. I asked where was my order and they said that they ran out of bagels. I asked for my money back. I waited 25 minutes as the clerk fiddled with the register. She gave the discounted amount of the bagel back. I asked for my receipt and my coupon and she refused to return it to me. I left the coffee on the counter. After one hour I walked out of there, $4.00 poorer with no food or drink.

Ordered a large coffee, almost 3 dollars. The woman filled it up about 2/3 of cup. I asked if I could get a full cup. She filled it about 3/4 and said whatever. Got a full of attitude but not coffee. Never going back

Handled drive-thru very well through Covid. Out of powdered sugar - vanilla filled. Settle for chocolate covered - vanilla filled. Also ordered apple crumb (out of those as well), so I ordered Boston Cream. Vanilla filling very inconsistent - glopped on one side, no filling on the other. Take away bag was not partitioned, and all donuts were on top of one another - any they stuck. Made a chocolate mess. Need wax paper between donuts (they should know that.) Napkins were also chocolate covered.
