Very clean service was excellent food was good We had the 2 for 25 with Drinks And extra appetizer.Was a little disappointed with my spinach dip at 10.99 was so small but it was good .Thought for what we paid it should have been a full bowel but was not even half filled .That is why I gave the food 4 not 5 .But overall good meal and service .Would return.

Although the host was very nice, and sat us down immediately, the waitress came to us introduced herself as Ashley, we asked for our drinks and placed our order at the same time, we got our drinks immediately, and the appetizer that came with the meal, we waited for our food for 50 minutes, asked to speak to the manager which never came to our table, we walked out without out eating because we never got our food, the waitress never came back to our table not even to refill the drinks. Very poor customer service, and to top it all of the restaurant was empty.

I just want to let you know how AMAZING Jess is! I observed her during our dinner Saturday night, & this girl seriously goes ABOVE AND BEYOND for everyone around. Her co workers, her customers. It was a joy to watch! And be a part of. She had a table by us that had two elderly couples, she had those customers just laughing! They had the most positive things to say about her when she walked away! Then proceeded to bring their checks out, with boxes, one lady had a arm cast, Jess set the boxes on an empty table behind them in their view, and offered to box their meals up. And they said of course! Wow! We appreciate that!! She put the boxes in the bags for them.. it was a very kind gesture! And they were absolutely pleased! As for our own table, she made sure we had anything we could have needed and wanted before our food even came out, she asked the right questions when we ordered.. she was on top of refills, removing our dirty plates,so the table was clear, we were so pleased! I'm not sure if Jessica is a manager or not, but she carries herself like someone I would want running my restaurant! She's very good at what she does!! We will be back to see her soon!!! Ask for Jess if you go to Venice location!!

My husband and I went to Venice Fla. Applebees, 7/17/2025 at 11:00 am. First ones there at 11:00am. It is now 11:54 am and still no food. There where other people being served. I ordered my favorite Fiesta Lime Chicken and my husband ordered Chicken Parmesian Fettichini. They came out and informed us at 11:30 they were making fresh fettichmi and it would be ready in 5 min. 11:54 still NO FOOD. We spoke to them about this and then we left. NOT STILL RECIEVING OUR FOOD. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE TO BE MAKING FRESH FETTICHINI AT 11:30. THIS IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE RESTAURANTS AND FIESTA LIME CHICKEN I LOVE. THE FOOD BEING UNPREPARED FOR THE CUSTOMERS IS POOR MANAGING. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ... CUSTOMERS WILL NOT TOLERATE THIS. WE DIDNT. I got your reply and i tried your website to contact you and it came up BLANK Why? Can you just leave me your phone number so I can call you? That would be much similar.

ALWAYS SERVES RAW MEAT! Do not order burgers here and you will be expected to pay for it while the manager hides in the back or no where to be found. Everyone so nonchalant like that can make you sick or kill you.. they are not trained correctly and have no clue what they are in the kitchen. Can you say ECOLI! We asked for no pink and got raw ground beef. Please be cautious if you choose to eat here.

Stopped in for a quick bite for lunch and set at the bar. Food was delicious and the bartender was hilarious. Some were all the regulars. Highly recommend!
