I haven't been to an Arby's in about 20 years because they were so expensive for what you got. Today I learned my lesson and I won't be back again. $21.04 for a beef and cheddar classic and a deluxe cheeseburger which was $7.19 and a small fry and a medium fry. It would be different if it was the way is pictured in their ads or on there social influencer versions on YouTube etc. But it wasn't. I threw it away! 1/8 of an inch of shaved roast beef, some cheese on an onion bun. It might have weighed 3 oz all together. And the cheeseburger was burnt on the outside and raw in the middle which it was means it was put on Frozen and it was tough as can be. The dreaded shredded lettuce that hardley didn't exist wasn't fresh. I have pictures of my experience but they don't let you attach them. I'm glad Arby's didn't open up in Englewood and we got Culver's coming instead. Arby's you need to do better or you'll be shutting down like Wendy's.

When you to a place to eat you would expect to get what you ordered but we got a sandwich with little meat and fries that were over cooked and had been sitting awhile under a lamp. Unless they change how they do things they will lose a lot of business.

Tell me why I went to Arby’s and got a meal, but never received the drink, and they also forgot all the sauces we requested for so I had to eat my food dry and no beverage when I got home o hope next time I go it will be different because the food is good.

What can I say? Look at the pictures! Arby’s calls it a “loaded Italian sub? I think Arby’s forgot that they used to be all about a meaty sandwich. So look at the pictures… Arby’s “loaded Italian” only 6” long and almost $10.00. Went to detwiler’s today and got their regular Italian sub. 12 inch with a pound of meat for $7.99 Yes, I know where I’m eating from now on.

Went through the drive-through on September 15 around 7 PM. The lady who was running the drive-through was super strange, couldn’t make clear communication. Got our order wrong and was very rude, when we pulled up to the window, she was hanging outside of it just acting very strange. I have no idea why they would let someone like that run their store.

I’d like to update my review, I went and got lunch today. I ordered on the app, however I miss ordered and when I went to pick up the food. They corrected it without a peep. Amazing service and staff.
This the worst cheesesteak I've ever eaten. Probably the worst fastfood meal I've had in 60+ years. 3 bites and threw it away. just horrible.

Mac and cheese is gross say stir on lid lol its like they threw in noodles and sauce on top. Chicken fingers were over cooked and all crust hardly any meat . Will not go back there.
