Oh my goodness how can I say this this was the second or third holiday that I've ordered from Bob Evans here in Venice and I have to tell you that this order was made by someone that didn't realize that they closed at 7:00 p.m. needless to say I called at about 6:30 to tell them should I come now or wait about my order. That's when I found out that they close at 7:00 so I quickly made my way over there with haste. When I got it was about 10 minutes to closing give...
The staff needs some training. I can't say this LOUD enough. Waitresses need to LOOK at their tables as they walk by them. Don't try to look away. Anticipate your customers needs by looking at the table. Easy peasy
Had a wonderful experience, today. Our Servers, Carlene and Diane were very good to us from the moment they Greeted us, Served us, and said Goodbye to us! Our meal was a great feast and we will visit again, soon. Thank you, to the Venice Bob Evans Staff!!
