The experience at Bob’s Twist and Shake was exceptional. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially Gabby. Gabby took our order, and was very friendly and made us feel welcome from the start. I ordered vanilla and cotton candy which were both equally delicious. I will definitely recommend Bob’s Twist and Shake to anyone who wants an exceptional experience.

tried to get a 4 ounce or 8 ounce custard and they insisted on saying they will ONLY make a 12 ounce cup of custard. Why not sell a smaller cup?

Love my family’s business ! My go to is vanilla soft serve in a waffle cone OR vanilla with a brownie on the bottom. Can’t really go wrong with anything there, and everyone working is great too 💖

Asked all around were to go for the best ice cream in town. Bob's Twist N' Shake was the winner and they did not disappoint. Ordered a double scoop Bubble Gum. Brought back my childhood in seconds. Excellent service. New Favorite Spot. PLEASE MAKE BUTTERCRUNCH lol ! Very Friendly service. Fast service. All around the BEST!
Caught the twisty sign out of the corner of my eye and made a U.Turn. Ended up with a SF Coffee cone so have to go again next time for a twisty cone :)
