Best fried rice in all of Venice island. Delicious food, amazing service and great atmosphere. It’s close to everything in downtown Venice and it’s usually available without reservation. My son loves the food and the waiters are so adorable.

Since I started working right down the street, I have been wanting to give this place a try. Being that Venice historically has been more retirees, I was not expecting great sushi but from other reviews felt that it would be at least okay.First, the food was surprisingly good if a bit small on the portions. I had a bento box lunch, which traditionally includes a california roll (albeit on a smaller scale), shumai or dumpling and possibly a small salad and/or soup in addition to the main protein selected. Unfortunately, the Venetian Bento box was simply 8 pieces of spicy tuna and 3 chef's choice nigiri (in this case salmon, tuna and escolar). Nothing else.I also ordered an order of Ikura (Salmon Roe) which was again on the smallish side but the quality was good, although it did not have the pronounced salty taste I expect. So somewhat disappointing, but still good. What really turned me off, and will give me pause about returning was the lady who took my order. Not terribly friendly, but not rude either... until, I asked for low-sodium soy sauce instead of regular. The soy sauce comes in small container with a lid so they just pour it up in the restaurant... it is not prepacked in any way. When I made this seemingly small request, I saw her roll her eyes and act like I had asked for some huge favor. This after I had left a $5 tip on a $20 ticket. So, if you are looking for decent sushi on Venice Island I would say the food is good and the prices were not terrible. Just be prepared for less than outstanding customer service.

This is the best sushi place around this whole area. Hands down. The prices are so reasonable and the proportions are large. Definitely worth the money and the staff is amazing, they just make you feel like you’re at home. 10/10 recommend .

No flavor, super heavy on rice, tasteless carboard box sushi. Service and atmosphere was fine I will just never eat here again.

LOVE this place, seriously was my favorite restaurant we tried while in Venice for the week! The sushi was amazing, the salmon melted in your mouth and their crab ragoons were the best I have ever had in my entire life.

This is NOT chicken teriyaki.Have you ever had actual chicken teriyaki? If so, it won't be hard for you to imagine those incredibly tender strips of chicken drizzled in delicious teriyaki sauce, nestled over a bed of rice... and of course the crisp cooked fresh veggies.Well. You won't find that here. Instead, you'll get thick triangular cuts of un-tenderized breast for which is both dry and chewy. The "sauce" is watery (actual liquid) with minimal flavor for which bears zero resemblance to actual teriyaki sauce. The soggy veggies are not fresh. Frozen veggies perhaps??The whole thing reminded me of a quick thrown together stirfry with diluted jar sauce.Bottom line- if you want actual authentic chicken teriyaki made with fresh ingredients.... Look elsewhere.
