Hello I wrote a review on our dining experience. I had a response from an owner that said we would like to know more about my review with an email address.well I tried different ways to respond to his email and it kept telling me if was an invalid email address. Would like to know if anyone else has had this happen to them. Or is this the owner giving me a wrong email because he really doesn’t care ?

Eldon the manager is very condescending and has no customer service skills. my food was made incorrectly the first time, so I called to see if they could remake it and asked my husband to pick it up the whole time that he was there. The manager made him feel like an idiot, and that the food was not made incorrectly. When my husband got home, my food was still wrong and I called the manager to let him know that the food was still wrong and then I was not coming back out to have it remade he started telling me that I have an attitude and he’s been nothing but accommodating when my order was not that complicated. I’m not sure how an Italian restaurant overcooks Angel hair pasta to the point that it is glue.Very disappointing.

The Venice Fl Carrabba's is one of the best. Great owner, waitstaff and bartenders, mot to mention the food. I had the lamb chop special and it was fantastic. The other best one is in Huntersville, NC.
