I had the Scallops con risotto which is one of my favorites. Always consistent and delicious. I highly recommend this dish among the many great dishes on their menu.

My friend and I had a delicious meal, salmon and the arugula, shrimp salad. Our waiter, Paul was friendly and accommodating. We sat outside and the only complaint was a noisy dog behind us, aI love and own a dog but would never bring her to a restaurant.

As two older couples, we planned a night in Venice starting with dinner at this well known restaurant. As we were eating outside, one of the women felt a painful bite on her foot and saw a rat scurrying away! There was bleeding everywhere on the sidewalk and her sandal was full of blood. As the waitress approached we told her what happened and asked if she could bring some napkins which she did but no one else came out to see what had happened so I went in and asked for the manager. He did come out and offered an ambulance but that there was “nothing he could do, rats come out of the drain”. He could have cared less and asked if we wanted her meal bagged up to go. We paid our bill and went to urgent care and were sent to Englewood Hospital where the wound was treated over 2 hrs later. While it was no fault of the restaurant that this occurred, the insensitivity of the staff was appalling. We sent them an email to let them know about being treated and we didn’t get the courtesy of a reply. The manager “wasn’t sure what really happened “. Perhaps we should send the hospital notes. An unfortunate, scary and dangerous event that ruined our evening and with the attitude of the staff adding to it, we will NEVER go there again. Manager was rude and heartless.

Always a pleasure to have lunch at this wonderful Italian restaurant. Christine was our wait person and she was very attentive and accomodating. Wine selection is above average for such a small place.

Everything was excellent except for the Ahi Tuna. It had a frothy lemon drizzle on top which is unsightly and didn't pair well with the fish. The fish itself was prepared properly as were the other 3 meals. Next time we will have them leave the lemon off the fish. Out waiter was excellent.

Some of the fish dishes are fishy. The bigger dishes are a little pricey. You have to beg for a good table. Table for 2 they put you in baby tables not big enough for apps, drinks and then dinner. Don't forget water glasses and condiments. No room on baby tables for 2 . Ask for Emil nice gentlemen with small beard. Courteous and very professional....

Manager went over to guest on phone long after she hung up and chatted her up like a long lost friend and did not come over to our table to apologize.
