Absolutely the worst checkers I’ve ever been to! French fries look and taste like they were scraps just scraped together, the burgers wasn’t even warm enough to melt the cheese. It was disgusting! Completely unacceptable! Was not busy at all so could have made fresh but clearly had been sitting for quite some time!

There's an AI that takes your order I never gets it right it is so annoying if you just let the people that work there take the orders it would be a lot better human interaction it's much easier I feel or upgrade your AI because it is terrible

I rarely go here because things usually take a bit longer regardless of whether or not I order from the app. This time I had to leave a review because if they are out of something(in my case dessert) apparentely I missed the fine print in the app that there will be no help what so ever to replace or refund the out of stock items from the store you order from. So I got to pay an extra $6 on fried cheesecake bites & have not even an ice cream cone offered to replace it. So Larry tells me I have to take it up with the app which is also of no help with this. Easily solved issue is just offer a dessert of any kind to help make sure someone doesn't spend $6 on literally nothing. Doesnt seem unreasonable to me in the slightest.

I visited this location while on vacation, compared to many other checkers this store is subpar. Service is terrible, and the food is even worse. I order several sandwiches, and everyone of them were wrong. The large cashier said they were out of a few items, but I was never informed of this until I left, and then returned with an incorrect order.
This cashier was hostile and unwilling to correct the issue
