We love this place on Venice's main drag downtown. We normally stop by here at the end of our bike rides. Their product is great, a bit pricey but what isn't nowadays. It's easy to find street parking or pull up and park on their wide sidewalks.
Good gelato, extremely rude service. Workers give you snark, and arbitrarily decide what size you're getting without any explanation. Asinine one sample per customer policy, even when there's nobody else in the store. There's a reason the ice cream shop a few stores down has a line out the door and there's nobody here. Pass.

Best Gelato in Venice, all organic and daily made. Not ice cream ? .
I contacted them about a special order for a birthday celebration. They were very prompt to respond communicated well. Upon picking up my order I was welcomed and wished a happy birthday. The gelato was a hit at the party along with the birthday cake. It was an Italian theme and it was perfect and so good. Great experience and very authentic Italian Gelato. Grazie Mille.

While on vacation in April/May ‘24, we found Ciao Gelato. Now back in VT, nothing compares. We’re trying to make it ourselves. Would love the recipe for key lime. Friendliest staff in Florida! � �
