Always an awesome meal and experience here. Haven leads a great team and really knows how to keep morale high while making others feel good. It’s rare to see a leader who really cares these days. I work a high stress career and lunch at crisp and green always provides a nice break from that. 🙏

This is the best looking açaí bowl I’ve gotten from crisp and green! Brianna C made it. Ava Lee was so sweet taking my order, and the GM, Haven was there and nice as can be!!!! I get these bowls multiple times a week and I’m glad I went when these employees were working. I’m hopeful that they’ll continue to make positive changes moving forward. Crisp and green is my FAVORITE!! Thanks guys!

The food here is very good, but there are several areas that need improvement to match the quality of the dishes.
1. Ingredient availability: If certain ingredients are listed as part of a bowl, they should always be in stock. Today, two of mine were substituted during to not being cut up. That’s disappointing and avoidable with better prep.

2. Proper utensils: If customers are dining in, silverware should be available. A small plastic fork doesn’t cut it—literally or figuratively.

3. Customer attentiveness: The staff at the counter need to listen more carefully. We had to repeat that we wanted two drinks, and I asked for an extra Parmesan crisp but only received one.

4. Professional behavior in the kitchen: When one of the cooks had to get into the fridge for limes, he made a visible fuss about it. That kind of attitude reflects poorly, especially in an open kitchen where guests see and hear everything. Prep should already be done—limes sliced, ingredients ready.

5. Staff efficiency: With the number of employees walking around, it was surprising that ingredients weren’t prepped and ready. The team needs better coordination during service.

That said, the food is tasty enough that I’m willing to give it another shot. I just hope the service and professionalism improve next time.

Was closed when online says open. Had a note on the door that said temporary out of service. Doors locked but lights on and someone was in the kitchen.

Disappointed said they were open until 9pm. Walked up to the door both doors locked this was at 8:05pm and the open light was on. Two female employees just looked over. I guess they decided to close a little less than an hour early. Just 10 minutes prior I saw customers walking out I had to do a quick return at Marshall’s. I wish I had the photo from when it said open. Photo was from 8:06pm when online they’re advertised till 9pm including the door hours.

There was no pineapple or spinach in my green glow smoothie. They onlu added a banana and a bunch of concentrated liquids. Won’t be back. Long wait even though there was no one ahead of me. She filled on line orders I believe. The place was clean. I was there 11:49 am. One other couple in the bowl line. The smoothie line is separate desapointed.

Just sat in like for like 10 minutes in the drive thru. There was one car in front of me. They left after a bit then I stayed waiting at the window. No one greeted me. all o ordered was a smoothie. Finally someone comes to the window and offers me the wrong smoothie. I say this wasn’t my order and he just walks away. Kept waiting and finally just left and went to tropical smoothie. Slow as molasses. Just got my smoothie at tropical smoothie in5 min. Same price, bigger portion.

While the staff at Crisp & Green are consistently friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming and modern, I feel it’s important to raise a concern that other customers should be aware of. During a recent visit, I ordered a bowl that included granola, and I noticed something unexpected—Rice Krispies-style cereal mixed in with the granola.

This ingredient was not listed anywhere on the menu or nutritional information. It appears to be used as a filler, presumably to cut costs by supplementing real granola with a cheaper, puffed rice product. While some might see this as minor, it raises questions about transparency and ingredient integrity—especially for a brand that promotes clean eating and wellness. I encourage the management to revisit their labeling practices and be fully transparent with their customers. Until then, patrons with dietary preferences, allergies, or concerns about food additives should exercise caution.

Great place that offers some really unique meals. You have a whole wall to look at with detailed images of each entree. The place is clean and really gives off a healthy vibe in the store. The employees are friendly and informative. Vegetarian or carnivorous, they got you covered. I would call it more paleo because it's a hunter-gatherer kind of bowl + that means good raw macros.
