Gotta give it up for the team here at Culver’s! From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted with “Welcome to Culver’s!” from the entire team. The experience continued to get better as Julius on the cash register walked us through the menu and made us laugh endlessly. Can’t wait to see his Employee of the Month sign up the next time I stop in, because he deserves it! We were served with such kindness and everyone wished us a great night on our way out. The worst Culver's burger I've ever had. Way overcooked, dry patties. Late afternoon so not busy. Not sure what happened as Culver's in general is pretty consistent. The cheese curds were good at least.

Place a order for 6:14 pm pick up not even on 6:30 was ready . I get inside to pickup my order which was cold nothing warmer ! They missed up the orders ! Here is army of employees and they’re not even getting a C !!! Horrible place ! Stay away from them !

Worst place ever! I sent them an inquiry bc of bad service bad food nothing from them it's been 2 weeks nothing from them. Don't go there my Wife is a Breast Cancer Survivor and almost hot sick. So the fact they blew me off and said nothing shows the Management doesn't care and I will never EVER! Go there again.
