Went to Culver’s yesterday and ordered a burger with lettuce and tomato. The lettuce was totally wilted and slimy in appearance and taste. The kids meal burger also had very wilted and slimy lettuce. Very disappointed.
AND if the ‘owner’ was truly interested in fixing things (like disgusting slimy, wilted lettuce etc) after reading the one or two star reviews he or she would get with management at the Venice Tamiami Trail location and start addressing these issues instead of asking us to contact another link to repeat our complaints.

The food was fresh and delicious, and the service was great. I noticed several teenagers working, which I think is awesome it's great to see young people learning and gaining experience early on. Everyone was really nice and respectful. The management also seemed very kind and present. Plus, the 4th of July decorations were a fun touch and made the place feel extra festive. Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to!

Has to be the worst fast food in town when it comes to making sure you get your complete order. DO NOT order anything from there to-go, The employees do not care enough to send out the full order. It’s to often that your order will be sent out missing something. At least 3 out of 5 times.

Food taste great! This restaurant is rather newer to FL but us top tier fast food!! It costs slightly more but the quality for a $5 burger with real red onion slices is top notch! The fish sandwich is perfectly crispy and the chicken tenders are pretty good too, although I do think they could use a different coating (seasoned). Wether it's a hot day or I'm just craving some ice cream, they have the best custard ice cream and if you do the survey you can get a free kids size dish or cone. I am sad though because I would always opt to get the flavor of the day ice cream to try different flavors but on occasion I didn't like the flavor of the day, (mint or raspberry) I was allowed to get a chocolate ice cream with one topping instead for no extra charge. Now I have been to two different locations and they are now charging for my Snickers topping 85 cents which I don't understand because I would not just want chocolate plain ice cream. I will not pay 85 cents for one single sprinkle on handful of topping so either I get the flavor of the day or I can't eat there that night 😒... I guess I'm going to have to start looking online to see the current flavor of the day before I drive all the way there, because for the past couple years I had been able to switch for the flavor of the day, between Florida Culver's and Indiana locations.
Wheelchair accessibility: 3 handicap spots up front, and as I was parked in a handicap spot because I have a placard. However I have seen several doordash drivers Park directly in the handicap spot or they think they are slick and park on the handicapped lines, leaving the car running that are meant for wheelchair users. These people are not making a quick run in rather sometimes in Culver's for several minutes waiting to pick up their order! That is taking up a handicap spot at that moment should someone pull up! Culver's did not dedicate any "doordash pick up only" parking spots at all at any location I've been to, and they need to address this with just making at least two of the regular spots close by the front doors for "online orders"! I do doordash on the side myself and that is the reason I won't pick up orders from Culver's.

Heard lots about Culver's from folks in the Midwest this was our first visit. I had a Rueben my wife had Cod. Both pretty good. Ice 🧊 cream custard dessert was very good! We will return to this Culver's or another.

Move over McDonald's...hello Culver's! 🍔🍟 🍦 With rising food prices 💲 and "shrinkflation" out of control, if you're in the Sarasota area Culver's is the place to go. The double bacon 🥓 cheeseburger 🍔 with crinkle fries 🍟 is always delicious. Similar to Five Guys and Cook-Out, it's about the closest you'll get to grilling out on the backyard BBQ. For the combo meals, I highly recommend upgrading the drink to the chocolate custard milkshake 🥤 -- just be sure to *ask* for whipped cream & cherry. 🍒 The custard ice cream 🍨 and shakes are delish. 😋 While the fries are certainly good (hot, crispy, and made with real potatoes 🥔), the onion 🧅 rings are tasty, as well. Food quality is reliably better 👍 than most typical fast food chains. The grilled chicken 🐔 sandwich is made with a real chicken breast (not a fake foam "patty"), if you want a healthier option. ⚖️ Like everywhere else, the prices have gotten pretty steep for fast food. But, for relative value 😁 -- food quality, quantity, friendly efficient service, and convenience -- Culver's is a treat that's worth stopping for. 💯
