5 stars all around I was never a fast food guy but I like Culver's great burgers and chicken but the fish sandwich is my favorite nice people working there the building and grounds look clean the drive thru is never a problem even with a line my biggest complaint how about fixing that giant pothole on the backside of the building near the drive thru lane

You have huge pot holes in the back of the store they are huge. Someone could get a lot of front end damage, out of alignment, tire damage . I reported to a young man.There are at least 4 you need to call the landlord it’s urgent.

I worked under Scott Mersinger (the now partner of this location) at the Times Circle location in 2015, this is not at all how he would like a Culver’s to be run and would be absolutely disgusted with the way this establishment functions. Good luck with the lawsuits when the wrong person ingests shards of plastic because your employees do not follow company policy and think it’s perfectly okay to let cracked custard cups go out the window to a customer. Don’t even get me started on how y’all like to not rinse your mixer between each order. Gotta love getting full chunks of Reese’s cups in my strawberry malt that was mixed after my boyfriends had been made, common sense and company policy is to rinse the mixer after each mix, but I guess we don’t follow those standards. So if you have a peanut allergy, be very wary at this location!!!!! Also go ahead and skip this location if you too would like to avoid esophageal or intestinal lacerations because they DO NOT care about shredded plastic custard cups going out the window, they’d rather throw the half tore up cup in another custard cup to hold it back together so they won’t have to remake it. Gotta love swallowing plastic shards!! :)
i just got home from an absolute terrible experience at your restaurant. I ordered the cod dinner. As I waited for 15 mins., and I know, because I timed it, the restaurant got slammed with a bunch of kids, probably 40 I would guess. They all got their meals before me. So I stopped one of your runners, Micah, and asked where was my meal and his reply was, "they just got slammed and you will have to wait". Keep in mind my meal was ordered 15 minutes prior to the arrival of the "Slam Kids", who by the way were already eating. BTW Micha looks and answers like he is high on something or just plain stupid. I finally went to the counter and ask for assistance, I finally got some of my meal minus the onion rings, BTW one of favorites. The onion rings came about 10 minutes later, cold and over cooked. Y'all really need to look into the operation of this restaurant, and may I suggest, get an adult to look over the children running the place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
