This DQ has no quality control. The food that is served will vary from very good, occasionally, to downright pitiful as in the crispy chicken salad today. a handful of lettuce, a piece of tomato, two chopped tenders and about 6 tiny shreds of cheese. no flavor, no substance and they served the wrong dressing. I have had better at this location but no one oversees what leaves the kitchen...just shove it out there and move on.

I've been to this location a number of times - service varies. Tonight was quick, however for the 2nd time I ordered soft serve with rainbow sprinkles, which they charge extra for, and definitely just got a sprinkling of them. Most places completely coat it. They did accommodate my request for an empty cup so I could put it down if needed while driving. Added pics (didn't think to take them until I started, but you can see how one side barely has any).

They had my favorite thing! The cookie crunch parfait was so bomb I havenât had one in months!
Just placed an order via door dash and told they are out of the product and cannot substitute. It will be the same price and I cannot be refunded any of the order total. I ordered a strawberry cheesecake blizzard LG, and another with strawberry filling. I was told they were out of strawberries like 20 minutes later. I requested to cancel. I was told no and forced to proceed or money forfeiture. So a bunch of high school kids first job and the manager pops in once or twice a week. You donât even have a (voicemail) youâre instructed to attempt your call again later. Just go a little further down the road to McDonaldâs at least they arenât starving for your hard earned money!
They delivered my food eventually all via communication with DoorDash driver. She was ok I guess but powerless as well.
I only received one milkshake by the way THANKâs kiddos!!
Just a modern day cash cow for them!! Scam for us!!
Oh then they only delivered 1 blizzard & 2 double cheese burgers for 40 bucks!!! Crooks

They want to catch the modern day kid on the block need to look at the corporate thiefâs for real!

Had a very concerning experience on the evening of 5/16. We went up to order our ice cream and we paid for our order about 6pm. A black woman (our receipts said Stamenley Joseph) processed our payment Orders #88+#89. We went to the Chill station where there was a vanilla large cone. We asked the gentleman at the chill counter whose it was and he said it was a mistake but âyou can have itâ. The black woman then left her register and walked over to me and grabbed the vanilla cone from my hand and threw it in the trash. It ruined my experience and I will never be returning back to this place. This woman needs to be coached in customer service, you donât grab anything from a customer, let alone doing so with no acknowledgment. What happened to âsmile and be friendly, or make it rightâ? Unbelievable.
