I get keeping some things in stock can be difficult, but come on . What ice cream place doesn't have chocolate. This is now twice I've gone here and no chocolate.

I had a very unpleasant experience at the DQ today. I went into the dining area after ordering and two teenage boys were being loud and disruptive in there. It made it uncomfortable to eat in that main area. When I asked to speak to the manager, a teenager came forth and told me if I didn’t like their noise to move to a different section or eat outside. I had already moved to an area far from the boys. She then said: “alright, I’ll go tell them you told me you want them to be quiet and she then smirked at me. I realized as she walked over to them that they were friends of hers who were likely hanging out in the eating area while she worked. Of course, the noise from them just got worse. She later looked at me in the booth I was sitting in and laughed at me. It was an awful experience. All the other customers stayed away from the main dining area, too, after they realized it wouldn’t be a pleasant place to have their food.
I sure hope you can address this issue. The young man who took my order was very polite but the two girls working with him with head sets on, certainly weren’t polite or helpful at all. In fact, they wanted to make me look ridiculous for complaining about the noise and did their best to make me feel that way. May I suggest an older adult to supervise the store. You have a nice eating area, but if there are troublesome teens in there, just hanging out while their girlfriends work, your patrons may go elsewhere. Perhaps just some simple signs: no loitering or time limits posted for using the dining room.
Thank you for hearing me, as I certainly didn’t feel heard or wanted at your store by the female employees who heard my complaint.

The treats that we had were very good. The biggest problem that we saw was that the floor was very, very greasy to the point of being slippery. The bathrooms were not very clean either. This will prevent us from returning.
I didn't catch his name but he has long hair. Super helpful. Madey wife rocky road even though it wasnt on the menu. Appreciate you!

Terrible dairy queen do everything you can to avoid it. Missing a hot dog. Gave me the wrong blizzard that is melted. And had someone's else's crumpled up reciept in my bag. Please read this review and stay away from this DQ

Logan the guy working the register was very rude he shouldn’t be working there, I ordered buffalo chicken strips and so did my friend he gave us both bbq which we didn’t ask for then got an attitude because we told him that’s not what we ordered, but asked us very rudely “then where did the bbq come from” he proceeded to talk negative while re making our food saying that we were trying to get free food meanwhile we gave him both the wrong orders back, everybody else working behind the counter was just laughing at the situation didn’t try to help with anything, service was terrible probably will never return.
