First time here. Cold rainy morning. The drive through was busy but moving along, and the staff were amazing. Thanks for making this little guy's day!

They make you lean out of your vehicle to manually insert your card in a machine..... then they have the audacity to ask for a tip on the screen... a tip for what? They also make you pullup to the stop sign and wait no matter what you order or how small it is. Used to be operated normally now its s corporate hell hole do not waste your money here

Why is this literally the worst dunkin donuts? I've had so many negative experiences here but without any other convenient Wellen options, I've reluctantly returned. Today I got donuts all smeared/stuck to the inside the paper bag. No napkins. No hello or have a good day. Dude at the window last week I could barely hear when ordering, think he was talking on the phone or listening to airpods.. I don't even know. Thought I was going to get murdered one day driving up through the mobile order lane. Another time the girl who brought my single iced coffee out seemed like it was the biggest inconvenience ever to her. I could go on and on. WHATS THE PROBLEM HERE?!?!?!? Get it together for the love of God.
Stopped in for 2 coffees and a couple bagels, there was probably’6 people in line than told us they’ve been in line 15 minutes and no one acknowledged them & they left, we waited in line for I’m not kidding 20 minutes then some guy behind the counter says” huh I better take some orders “ by now there 8 people waiting… he takes our order and say it might take awhile because we’re a little behind..,all together it took us 30 minutes,@ never did anyone say we’ll be with you soon, a customer said that this doesn’t happen with the manager is here, well maybe she should be there on probably the busiest day of the week. We live in Wellen park but I’ll never go there again the guy running the cash register should get fired immediately !!!!

I want to share a very unpleasant experience I had at this Dunkin’. Unfortunately, it was the worst customer service I’ve encountered in my 11 years of living in Florida.
The cashier was extremely unfriendly — no “good morning,” no “thank you,” no telling me the total, nothing. When he handed me my latte, he didn’t say a word, just stared at me with so much hostility that it genuinely made me uncomfortable. I have never experienced anything like this from customer service staff.
On top of that, he handled my donuts without gloves, napkins, or tongs — just with his bare hands, which was honestly shocking.
My one star is for a “good deed”: after this visit, I think I officially dislike donuts now… especially Dunkin’ donuts.

Pretty disappointed as we only came around 12 noon time today to find out they don’t sell donuts. We were going to order a coffee and donuts.. we left…

The place was a shambles. The younger girls were running around in circles not knowing what to do. They were working and working very hard, but it was obvious that they had no structure whatsoever there then a couple older women came out to help them but when I ask about the Uber order one of the older ladies was extremely rude to me and I said well my order will cancel if I don’t get it soon and it looks like it’s mostly done well sorry she said we have to get the mobile orders first they’re more Important and I said look. Do you need a supervisor or an organizer or a manager because I will be glad to come in here and help you guys and I wasn’t being sarcastic. I was being honest something needs to be done there. I was not the only person in line who was frustrated. There were several before me who obviously had been standing for a while and were being very patient polite about it, but we’re kind of fed up. I was very very polite and stood there for 20 minutes, just knowing that they were busy and I’m a patient person, but when the older manager or supervisor or whoever she was snapped at me and then she said who are you because I’m just going to say I will never take your orders again and mind you I had not said anything rude off color or remotely angry to her so I would suggest going to get coffee at Foxtail at Welland Park or serenity sips in Venice Dunkin’ Donuts fills your cups mostly full of ice anyway so why bother with it? And by the way, the woman who said they needed to get the mobile orders out had about 10 cups of coffee, sitting there melting and had for 20 minutes. I’m sure that my order was also sitting there, but I had asked at least three times and I was not going to rudely reach across the counter to grab it from behind the stand so if you ordered something on mobile Duncan today, it was ready probably when you pulled up, but they didn’t seem to know how to distribute it sorry girls. It’s just the truth.

This place was a little ridiculous I stopped there to get breakfast for myself and my wife one person on the phone six others standing around talking to each other I was the only customer in the place and after 10 minutes somebody finally said oh we'll be right with you. Only one person in the Drive-Thru employees turned saw me standing there turned back around and continued with their conversations with each other.
