I don't know why they think its ok to charge so much for a,frozen coffee and not put the product in it. Mine was all cream n bitter. It seems like all the Dunkins in Venice are telling staff to short people on the product. Im not going to keep wasting my money on places that keep doing this.

The worst place ever! Super slow, rude, ignorant and they don’t know what they are doing! Also be aware that they over charge you as well, so make sure you check your receipt.Please save yourself the frustration and don’t use that location.

When you pull up to the drive thru to order and put your window down cigarette smoke fills your car because the staff is always smoking right beside it. Management notified several times but that is the actual management. Then they go right in and don’t wash their hands. Disgusting culture at this place. Imagine how they treat your food. Read the other reviews and you’ll see. Management’s excuse is that’s the only place they’ve been told they can smoke. Smh. The owners of this franchise should read their reviews and pay people to focus on the food and customers rather than their smoke breaks. Complete clowns.

The amount of times I’ve came here and gotten a cold sandwich which was not cooked all the way through is insane. And the girl working the microphone who rushed us and pretended to not know what a “frozen iced coffee” is all because she wanted to correct the one wrong word I said because she was rushing us so badly.

The manager yells at her employees and is extremely demeaning to all of the staff. It is very unprofessional and she is extremely disrespectful to other human beings.
Horrible customer service! They don't greet you or even acknowledge your existence when in store. Very rude!

Just walked out of here almost in tears with how the manager was treating this poor young man. Sweet African American boy. She was yelling at him as all of us waited in line. Telling him she’s writing him up, how corporate would deal with him because he made a mistake. Everyone inside felt so uncomfortable. I would have ran out crying if I was him. You can tell she’s extremely racist as she was nice and giggly with the female white employees. Do better.

Ordered 2 decaf ice coffee(s) and ended up with regular coffee (not decaf) with the wrong flavor and cream. Terrible. Still sitting awake at 1am. Don't understand how all these dunkin's can't train their employees to make 2 drinks right in a row. Not a day goes by that some dunkin doesn't royally screw up my order. Thanks for nothing. $15+
