I was going to get a breakfast sandwich and coffee after getting out of Quest diagnostics before shopping in Walmart this morning, but after walking into the store and looking around I noticed they only had a three small tables to eat at. One was next to the trash bin, and two were on the other side of the room, where one of the tables was being taken by what looked like a homeless person and his hand cart full of his possessions talking to himself while playing on a phone, making it a very uncomfortable situation. This is not an isolated incident because he's there every time I go into Walmart, or was it the first time that I abandoned my plan to purchase something from that store. I will be stopping at Wawa or somewhere else for a cup of coffee the next time I need to have blood drawn.

What an absolute incompetent staff there is at the Walmart Superstore location - 4150 S Tamiami Trail, Venice, FL 34293. Two people staffing the store, the guy at the register does not know how to do his job and the girl (not in uniform) was running the kitchen and helping the guy at the counter. Terrible greetings to the customer in front of me, when they were done, I stood there for more than five minutes without any greeting or even to ask me to hold on for a minute while they figured things out. The guys posture was sloppy and leaning on the counter and had frizzy long hair down below his waste line. Why was this not in a hair net? I blame the management (if there is even any at this location) for the poor and untrained staff. I will never shop at this store location again. You should be ashamed of your self as a franchise owner!

Worst run Dunkin in America. Clear the manager doesn’t care and neither do the employees. Take our child there weekly and it takes 10 minutes in drive-thru to get a donut. Never gotten a napkin in 3 years living here. Worst service in Wellen Park. Only thing consistent about it is being awful.

Been awhile since I got Dunkin so decided to get a bacon, egg, and cheese on a toasted bagel and the kid microwaved the bagel so it was like rubber. $6 they should replace this place with a subway or McDonald's or anything else really

I would like to apologize to the staff at the Dunkin Donuts in Walmart for ruining THEIR social media time this morning!
I didn't know I would be inconveniencing them as much as I did, so for that, I am sorry!
I went here to pick up a coffee for a co-worker and when I placed my order, I didn't have a lot of confidence in the staff. I soon realized why.
Two brunette haired employees were working and after I placed my order, the one pulled out her phone and was showing the other one Facebook. Meanwhile, I'm waiting for my coffee.
Another customer came in and ordered a coffee, she got hers right away. Being annoyed at this point, I gently reminded them that I had a coffee too.
The one employee (who had her phone out, distracting the other) said "You didn't finish his latte?!" I then received two insincere apologies from the employee that made the coffee.
I now see why this location gets so many 1-star reviews. The customer should always come first and if the employees are busy with other customers, I'd be a lot more understanding. When you have two employees standing around watching social media while a customer waits for a coffee, that is the problem.
I won't be going back to this "establishment" anytime soon. I will gladly drive out of my way to go to a more professional and respectable Dunkin Donuts where they actually acknowledge and help customers, not just stand around and view social media while others wait.

Super disappointed in this establishment. My kids really wanted the munchkin bucket, it was a splurge $18 though, that’s insane. On top of it, the sprinkle munchkins were not able to be added- is this for real? There was a sign only one employee working, they should probably pay more because clearly they are not struggling for money. So upset. Wanted to do something fun for the kids, definitely regret this.

I’m a regular at Dunkin’, and I have to say, my experience is always phenomenal! Working at Walmart every day, I look forward to my breaks even more because of the fantastic service I receive here. Brittany, in particular, always makes my day brighter with her friendly demeanor and excellent specials. Her attention to detail and genuine customer care are truly appreciated. Dunkin’ has a gem in Brittany, and it’s always a pleasure to be served by her!

I came in here to grab munchkins because they’re iconic with Dunkin. I came in and ordered a bunch and ate them on my way to work. A couple hours later I was puking them out as my co workers that ate some also fell sick to the munchkins. I threw them out thinking they probably weren’t thrown out the night before. Dunkin unfortunately doesn’t have a good reputation in Florida and I hope it changes. I will not be returning to Dunkin?
The worst cust service. We we're there different times there was just one girl working and she wouldn't stop sweeping the floor as i said is there anyone back there 10 min after standing there she looked up at me sweeping and said i see you guys its me and im sweeping. She keeped sweeping the whole room and after 20 more min we relized she wasn't going to wait on us we left. She did that 3 different times i won't go back to the one inside walmart venice.. july 14th who ever that was. Next time she didn't have decalf made amd wouldn't stop cleaning to make it after 12 mim i said that is it for me. As long as she is working there i won't be back. Rude and doesn't understand that if a cust is at counter to stop cleaning and wait on them.
