The slowest Dunkin I've ever been to. 27 minutes from the time I placed my order till it was in my hands. There were only 3 cars in front of me in the drive thru. This is ridiculous and made me late to work.

WHO is running this place???? Why is it never open?! And what business doesn't even have a working phone #?!? The website says the hours are 5am-7pm. I cannot even count the number of times I have tried to place a mobile app order OR showed up at the drive thru at even 5PM, 4PM, 3PM, and they're closed. Google used to show 5am-7pm as well. Now it shows 5pm. They don't even stay open until then!!! I tried to get my coffee two weeks ago at 2:15 and the building was empty. They have been "short-staffed" for like 8 years!!!!! I always joke when someone needs a job to please apply at this Dunkin because it's the only one on my commute and it's literally NEVER open. I know 3 people who have applied to job ads and weren't contacted at all. That's insane to me. How would they even know what hours to apply for? The business hours aren't even clear. Why are they not answering job ads if they are very clearly desperate for any help they can get?!?! Whoever is in charge of hiring above the manager needs to be fired. Period. I agree with everyone else that this place might as well shut down.

It's 2pm and our 1st time at this DD location. The young man and young lady at the counter were super friendly and very welcoming. The coffee & hot tea were fresh and so were our donuts. The place is HUGE and beautiful. Lots of comfy sitting. Will probably be one of our favorite DD locations.

This is the third time in the past month I’ve been to this Dunkin’ and they don’t mayonnaise I mean how do you not have mayonnaise and you sell breakfast sandwiches like order it
The gentleman working the window was very efficient. He got the order for My wife and I correct and was very nice. The service was quick and right. Couldn't ask for anything more. Loved the donuts too. The coffee is always great ?

DRIVE THROUGH ONLY. no signs posted on the locked doors saying so. extremely disappointed because i dont have a car and i don’t want to stand out in the drive thru to possibly get hit by stupid people flying in to get their coffee. i understand sometimes there is issues with inside and staffing but simply leaving people in the dark is not cool. post signs so people know what’s going on.

The gentleman that was working the drive thru 4/22/24 at 930 was delightful. He was funny and made us feel at home all through a drive thru. He got our large annoying order correct with a smile and quick humor! Well done sir!
