Pretty sure she made my drink and forgot the coffee. Also filled it up like halfway not even to the top.my food was cold as well. Bagel bites were hard and cold inside . This location is not good. Go to port charlotte on 41 for the best

Walked to this location from marina since we arrived to Venice by boat. Very nice staff and great coffee and food as expected! When hearing I walked and would be walking back with my to go food and beverages they put in a great to go carrier bag! Thanks for the extra effort! My walk back was accident free and food still hot!

I went inside and there wasn’t any employees at the counter. I waited a couple minutes, still no one came out to help me. I could hear voices coming from out back so I yelled hello… waited about 1 to 2 more minutes then left.

This morning we went to dd the door, which is locked. I did knock on the door. They did ignore us. We saw a guy sitting there. You didn't put a sign up for some reason, it was closed. You people are jerks. We never go back there.

Jody is awesome and hardworking. Her managers had her working all alone when it was very busy and she had no help. Drivethrough was wrapped around the building and the line inside was almost at the door and she still was getting her work done speedy. Her managers need to schedule her with more people next time but she def deserves a raise. Yall had her running around on a busy wednesday morning with costumers excpecting so much. Next time give the gal some help! Drinks i ordered were made perfectly too. Love u Jody.

She was working all alone on a wednesday morning at 7:20!!! which is rush hour too, first of all she shouldn’t be working alone because that’s basically torture but she was definitely doing it and somehow pulling it off which made me want to get behind the counter with her (but i have school) so please put her on with other employees so the queen doesn’t have to run around everywhere !!! other than that she’s amazing and speedy. Help her out fr. or give her a raise idk.

The slowest Dunkin I've ever been to. 27 minutes from the time I placed my order till it was in my hands. There were only 3 cars in front of me in the drive thru. This is ridiculous and made me late to work.
