Ethan was such a help and so pleasant to be waited on , suggestive and nice and he made my coffee perfect It was a large vanilla iced coffee with almond milk and 12 Splendas. . Vinny was back there working her butt off making my delicious bacon.That bacon was the best thing I've had in a long time.I found my new place to go get bacon It's the best thing to eat when you're on a diet. Thank you so much guys for working so hard. Also this restaurant was very clean and it looked well maintained. I appreciate that.

There was only 1 other customer inside, and it took 10 minutes after ordering to get a simple black coffee. This location has never been fast, but 10 minutes for a black coffee is a bit much.

Please please PLEASE start giving a complete total at the speaker. I stated green tea in my refresher with NO ice and lemonade popped on the screen. When I asked at the window if it was green tea, he said no but he will remake it. Then it was given to me with ice. When I said please take this back as I asked for no ice, they told me to “just take it”. MAKE SURE IT IS CORRECT AT THE SPEAKER. Stop saying the total will be at the window when it will be wrong.

I was the only drive through customer at the time. So now I have to contact corporate to get a refund on my food. Was very disappointed today.

i ordered a iced vanilla latte and paid for an extra shot. they gave me milk only then i asked for another shot and they closed the window for 10 seconds and handed me back the same drink. It’s undrinkable and i paid almost $10 for it

Ordered an oatmilk macchiato. Get to the window. My ticket doesn't say oatmilk. They have no screen to verify the order. They say they made it with oatmilk, they just don't have a "button" for it. You shouldn't lie to customers especially when it comes to allergens.
I have been going in this location for years every day . Don't even have to place my order every one knows what I want . After the lack of service I received yesterday I will never return.
