My Dunkin iced coffee is becoming less and less tasty and a big part of that is inconsistent mixing of the ingredients.

Ordered an oatmilk macchiato. Get to the window. My ticket doesn't say oatmilk. They have no screen to verify the order. They say they made it with oatmilk, they just don't have a "button" for it. You shouldn't lie to customers especially when it comes to allergens.
I have been going in this location for years every day . Don't even have to place my order every one knows what I want . After the lack of service I received yesterday I will never return.

Placed a mobile order for pick up inside. Got there, compete chaos. Tension with employees. After standing there for 10 minutes one employee was finally working on my order when the manager told her to go to something else and she stopped mid-order. My one drink sat there for another 10 minutes as people in drive thru and walk up came and went with all their drinks. 25 minutes after placing my online order, I finally asked someone if I could please make my order as my kids were already late for school. I’ve given this Dunkin so many chances. It’s awful. Poorly managed. Poorly run. Where is the owner? Surely they have to be aware? -Meg

Love the matcha and the egg sandwich was pretty good
After yesterdays disaster of an order on Clark road, I don’t mind they added cream in one black coffee. See photo. Does that look like black coffee?

Hopefully the manager or owner of this location reads these, because I’m pretty sure one of the staff is on drugs during their shift… they looked and acted high (And I don’t mean weed) as well as being disheveled and kind of dirty.. which is sad but also freaks me out since she’s handling liquids and food. I know it’s hard to find employees but might want to look into that!
