“Oh my goodness how can I say this this was the second or third holiday that I've ordered from Bob Evans here in Venice and I have to tell you that this order was made by someone that didn't realize that they closed at 7:00 p.m. needless to say I called at about 6:30 to tell them should I come now or wait about my order. That's when I found out that they close at 7:00 so I quickly made my way over there with haste. When I got it was about 10 minutes to closing give or take a minute or two, and the manager very very very very very very nice person and all the stuff that I saw extremely nice I mean they were exhausted I could tell but they still had no issue going and getting my stuff and getting it ready or even though they had already pretty much done for the evening and wanted to get done to their families for Christmas Eve, they didn't say that but obviously people don't want to be at work and on top of that have a giant order come in 10 minutes before you close. So even though the person that ordered made that mistake that they didn't even blink they could have my order ready and I mean I had an order very big order for over 12 people put it that way and they had not put together so perfectly I can't even explain. So huge shout out to all the staff that were working Christmas Eve 2025, and also a big big shout out to one of the managers that I spoke with she was just the best. Never had an issue with Bob Evans especially the Venice location. They always go that extra mile. So the manager that night 10 minutes still closing on Christmas Eve put together an order an entire Christmas Eve dinner order together without saying anything because technically she didn't have to really she did not. Because it was a mess up on our behalf not hers not Bob Evans but they still did it and they didn't do it fast or lazily they did it and it came out perfect mind you as well my order was to be hot not the cold orders that you warm up when you get home everything was ready to go hot fresh. I cannot even begin to express my gratitude to the manager that was on duty that night as well as the woman that was at the front she hadn't hurt her arm so I believe she had a cast on it wrapped up with ace bandage. And she was still carrying bags and helping out, even though I insisted don't worry about it whatever you get done I'll get everything to the car just as it comes. She still was bringing it from the kitchen to the front but I needed to recognize her because I know working with that arm couldn't have been easy. Thank you again do all the Bob Evans South that was working Christmas Eve 2025!“

“I just want to say I've been going there for 4 years and have had Jamie is my server she is amazing a mother with seven kids. And anybody who writes a bad review over a dollar and calls a waitress out about her fake eyelashes needs to change your name from Charlotte to Karen. Being so shallow in the rough times we all are going through and not understanding that prices are going up and things change and people have bad days needs to get a life if you're listening Charlotte shame on you you arrogant person I could have used a different word. Anybody who writes a review that hurts the feelings and the reputation of a business over something so minor should be ashamed of yourself. So go to Anita's have a good time and enjoy the amazing food and atmosphere not to mention the service“
